John Patrick Amedori is best known for his role as Evan Treborn at age 13 in the romantic thriller the Butterfly Effect. He is also seen in Almost Famous, Unbreakable, a few Indie films, and his upcoming movies The Good Humor Man, Mrs. Harris, and Little Athens. John has also made many guest appearances on TV shows such as Still Standing, The Guardian, Law & Order, Philly, State of Grace, and he has the role of God on an upcoming episode of Joan of Arcadia.
John, aka Kibble, was born in Baltimore, Maryland on April 20, 1987. He is 17 years old. John attended public school until the middle of his 5th grade year. Then, he began being homeschooled so he could start his acting career. JP attended an acting school in Philadelphia at the Actors Center when he was 11 and 12. He worked very hard and graduated high school in 2002, at the age of 14. John moved from Maryland to California when he was about 14 to pursue his acting career.
John is also known for his great guitar skills. He landed his role in Almost Famous by sending the director a videotape of himself playing the electric guitar. The director liked it so much that he wrote up a part just for John. Although John is very busy with his acting, he still makes time to write songs for his band Sanitarium. John is the lead guitarist and vocalist for his band.
John has one 14 year old brother named Anthony who is a sponsered skateboarder. Anthony has a role with his brother in the Good Humor Man, and you can see Anthony in the Puddle of Mudd music video for 'Spin You Around'. Anthony is the skateboarder with long brown hair and the navy blue T~shirt.
John Amedori has a German Shepard named Eros, and he used to have one black cat, which he called Kitty. Sadly, Kitty passed away recently.
