(PS2/X-Box/Gamecube/PC) Which is Best?

i own both a PS2 and XBOX (and clearly a PC) - but no GC

I use my PC the most (but NEVER for games), I never touch my PS2 and xbox easily comes first for gaming 😄

PC, mainly from my perspective that i can play online (as i don't have a PS2 or X-Box connection).

You CAN'T compare consoles to a PC!!!

For fecks sake, it's not fair to either. PCs will always be leagues ahead in graphics, speed, and power. Plus, PCs do much more than play games and DVDs. Once a console comes out, there are very little changes made to it. Nothing big enough to let it even try to be as good as a PC.

And consoles have a huge advantage. Mobility. A good computer is not moving. A normal console goes everywhere. Ever heard of multiplayer on the same system? That's a console.

Meh.. in this case PC reigns.. free online multiplayer, media playback and adjustable settings for every aspect

Online play does not appeal to me, so this factor cancels out the PC forme. X-box and PS2 are virtually the same system, but PS2 has more and funner games, that is why i'll choose PS2. GC is a nice solid little system to though, but doesnt have enough games that appeal to me.

Yeah, I know. Bit suprising.

I think PS2 is the best since it has all kind of games likke action, bloody, gorey, kid games, and family games.

X-Box is for mature and Teen mostly.

And Gamecube is mostly rated E games.

lately theres been quite a few teen games for the ol' cube. few mature games..Resident Evil 4 is gonna rock

The playstation one is deffinetly better than the ps2 and it always will be
for one thing it had way more games and way more better games, such as Resident Evil 1,2,3 and the first person shooter one, there must be 100 more games for the PS1 than the PS2.

WHAT? PS2 is PS1, but with more power. Of course there are more games for the PS1, it was on the market a good 2 years longer than the PS2. The games out for the PS2 are far, far better than the ones on PS1 . Dude, how many Resident evil games can you have? They are all the same god damn thing.

I'm abit sick of PS2, probably because my library is getting abit bland.
Because i'm going into a FPS stage i need xbox. Unreal 2, Halo, Halo 2, all that crap

I cant even believe you are saying this. 😠 you can play every ps1 game one the ps2 as you know so pretty much when you are comparing ps1 and ps2 you are dealing with dvd player. online capability and so much more. and i have a ps1,ps2, and xbox and PS2 rules everything.

But resident evil is a kick A*S game i love them 2 was my favorite and Resident evil directors cut was also very awsome
