The Suggestion Thread

It's going to be interlinked with KMC, so people can have a (highly customizable HTML) profile there and link it to their account here. Have a huge gallery of pictures for their profile interlinked. And most importantly (I think) is to have user controlled public (and private) forums.

Suggestions for that and additional features would also be very welcome.

So by being members here presumably we would be automatically members on the sister site ?

Whoa, sounds awesome. If I can think of anything in particular for it I'll be sure to suggest it.

I remember before when you started working on the messenger, the other things you were thinking about were email and journals for users, maybe something like that?

So by user customized forums, you would be able to like post in people's Profiles or something? How would that work? (Might offer new oppertunities for RPing...)
And profiles would be something more like say Myspace or something?
All in all it sounds awesome.

The user-controlled forums made me think about the RPs, too 😛

i personall think myspace is cool and that'd be awesome if people's profiles were like a myspace page

I despise myspace and rather wish it never was made.

Perhaps the "Location:" Feature, under the Avatars could be Replaced. I don't see a need for it, thought I can see it being used in the Actual Profile. 😬

For now, I can only think about restoring the Message Tracking option if possible.

And an improbable concept. KMC' s own host similar to TinyTim. A sort of interactive guide you can talk to and ask questions about reoccurring stumbling blocks, and who provides you links you can use to solve your problem. A bit like the help in Word. I' m aware we have the News & Questions section and the help, but it would give that little extra.

i could never pick just one thread to recommend. i like the most used forum thing, cuz then if users see ur profile they know where they can talk to you the most on teh boards

I like it the way it is now. Compact. Any other information (free of obligations) can be found on our profiles, which is as it were, a more detailed extension of it. Concerning age and gender, some members are providing faulty information anyway.

Location would still be in the Profile for those that Absolutley Must Know. 😬
