I am sick and tired of people linking to the logout / clear ALL cookies.
Easpecially if they mask it saying its an otehr site example:
http://www.photobucket.com/user=....../pentagram.html
And say that would be the tag to the logout.
You should NOT be able to to link to that button.
I will admit did it once.
A long time ago.
Because that not only screws up KMC' but it screws up all my other stuf that uses cookies.

I preview links from which I suspect they will log me out, no surprises for me.

Yes, maybe, but when one creats a thread asking for a better search engine, and they create a link to a "site" but its a log out, everythign gets reset.
"All you have to do is log back in again" If it was only with KMC It would be okay. But its not.
Point remains, those kinds of things should be discouraged.
By not doing anything, its only Inviting more of this.
I have a suggestion.
I think we should get rid of this rule
"Controversial Topics
Topics that will cause controversy or hostility between members are not permitted. If you are worried that your topic may fall under this category, then please contact a moderator. The moderators will have final say on what is and what is not allowed."
Because well basically the whole religion forum and big part of the GDF is full of controversial topics. i.e. "Homosexuality: Chosen or Genetic?" or "Abortion" or "Brokeback Mountain - How its effected America".
So maybe the rule should be something more like "Controversial topics are allowed as long as the point is presented in a mature and polite way."
Cause frankly since no one is obeying that rule, isn't it pointless?
