I don't think the "cons." forum gets enough traffic to warrant a mod.... It may stop Deano from posting his theories elsewhere though... You may have something there Mr.Valentine.

I like that idea. Perhaps separation of some kind would keep the forums neater. More work though, which means more mods.

Nice. We could branch it out into certain sections like:

World News

U.S. News

Politics

Business

Science

Technology

Entertainment

Health

Sports
Just a suggestion, really.
However, I fear that certain people would have a time trying to discern what story/headline/current event belongs in which section, thus making the Mods move thread after thread after thread.

Also, what about all the people who have registered over the years and posted 10 times or less, if at all? Couldn't the accounts of inactive members be deleted after a certain period of inactivity? I've noticed accounts of "members" who haven't even posted as far back as 2001.

What would be the advantage of that? And what would happen with their posts?

I remember Raz' previous answer being that they don' t cause a problem and hardly take any space, so there would be no point in deleting them. But it does serve the purpose of keeping a record of people who have applied for membership.
Well there is one obvious advantage as there would be more usernames available again. But maybe that could be changed otherwise?
