Just got my own suggestion:

What about a welcome bot. A bot programmed to post a welcome message in every Welcome forum thread. I didn't make a welcome thread when I came to KMC so I can't really say, but making a welcome thread and then not getting a reply for a long period of time may turn them off posting.

Just though it might be a nice gesture.

I think we should have a 'GLOBAL MOD Nomination'. I see few good non-members that can be good global members. If alot of members votes him/her, maybe his/her really deserves it, as well, able to improve KMC.
