But there are times when people can't get on MSN/AIM...I know quite often I'm unable to log on either; for instance during my break at school I'm not able to because I couldn't install either program on the computers there and web MSN wouldn't work 😖
Can I post a thoughtful suggestion? Would it be possible to add another mod to the Star Wars section? Nothing against the current moderating team, but it seems they are very busy IRL and the closer it gets to May 19th the crazier it gets in there. 🙁 Perhaps one of the newer mods?? Also, alot of this seems to go on during the evening and nighttime hours in the states and our current moderating team is zzzzzzzzzz during those times.

Doesn't Star Wars already have like FOUR moderators? 😱
Yepper, and all of them live across the big pond and are dreaming of porn while the devils children do their work. 😂 Raz I think if you'd take a look you'd see that BackFire, Paola and Milla have cleaned house occasionally and its almost always at nighttime here in the states. Like I said, it wasn't meant as anything derogatory against the current mods in any way, just looking for someone to work the night shift is all.

There is no SW moderating problem. The only problem is that people seem to have developed a habit of wanting a problem fixed inside sixty minutes. I have seen messages posted saying "Why hasn't this been closed yet?" a mere hour after the problem as if all threads are under constant surveillance. Most sections have only one mod and that one mod is never going to be there 24 hours a day to immediately deal with all problems. Star Wars is extra moderated, with the four there, even part-timers, easily making up more attention than any other area, with the globals oftern taking a look as well. It is far more in order than many other areas and all people need is some patience for issues to be resolved when a mod gets on. There is no such concept as covering shifts in mod work!
Everywhere with a single mod accepts that problems will be solved once that mod is there, whatever part of the world that mos is from; there is no need for it to be different with Star Wars.
