I think it's about time to change the sub-text under the Off-topic forum. At present, it says "The forum with no rules. Basically anything goes!"... but I think it should get changed to something along the lines of "The forum where you post anything else not movie-related, or otherwise covered in the other forums" Too many people are making self-pity threads and/or copycat threads and saying "well everything goes! I don't see any rules! It says there are no rules!" This would be a simple way to keep a bit more control over there, I think.

Definitely agree. I don't know HOW many times I've had to say in there "Normal KMC rules still apply...."
And threads like the pity threads, or the do you think i'm hot threads... mods close those, then the original poster makes a new thread whining about their old one getting closed down, then they'll ask how to delete their KMC account, because everyone hates them and it said anything goes on the description.
