Still need assistnace. Damnit!!!

I still can't find the software I need in order to place text over graphics or my pictures. Very few things frustrate me. This isn't one of them but I still want to rectify this problem. So please help if you can and don't be vauge.

which pic programs do you have?

open pic in dunno, paint eg.
and clock option add text.
and than add the text.
all. and simple

Most, if not all computers have MS Paint installed already on them, you can use that. Start->All Programs->Accessories->Paint
