I think the guys with guns would do some pretty heavy damange.

Batman and Solid Snake would be the best strategists

Batman and Solid Snake (ordinarilly, I wouldn't try to pair Batman up with a gunman, but Snake has done missions for Philanthropy using a nonlethal dartgun, so it could work).

Wolverine and Venom... IF the Venom symbiote gets on wolvie, that is. If you guys saw when that happened in the comic... then you'd know he becomed pretty much invincible....

It depends on how one defines "best". As in, which team would come out on top if they were to fight each other? Or which team is overall most powerful?
