I've decided to bring my story back here for some unknown reason. Yeah, I never got many comments on it, but probably some of you read it and were probably wondering where I was. lol Anyhow I'll continue posting here. I hope you all enjoy what might very well be the final season to this long and adventurous story. ^^
(Tim and Misao are talking while running)
Misao: Hey Tim?
Tim: What?
Misao: Do you think this is the beginning?
Tim: What do you mean?
Misao: I was saying, do you think this is marking the beginning of the final battle with Shishio?
Tim: Let's hope. If this continues to go on, both me and Japan will be destroyed.....for good.
Misao: ........(holds hand) Tim, can you promise me something?
Tim: Anything Misao.
Misao: Promise me.....that you won't die on me. It would cause Heather to suffer even more, including Yasuo.....and me.
Tim: I know you've asked for that promise, but I also know that I will not lose. I cannot lose. The future of Japan is depending on me.
Misao: Everyone's prayers are with you Tim. (squeezes his hand) You must not fail.
Tim: .......(smiles) Yeah!!
Chapter 3-Anger Rises:Yasuo and Heather Are at Risk!!!
(The Aoiya)
Yasuo: Wahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!
Heather: (hugging Yasuo) I'm scared.......
Kuro: Don't worry, you guys. We'll protect you.
Shiro: Count on it!
Man 1: Get the hell out of our way! We are only here for the leader of the Oniwaban Group and the battousai!
Kuro: You have no right to attack here, now get out!!
Man 1: Stubborn bastard! Someone, kill him!!
(A man charges, sword extended out)
Kuro: Ahhh!!!!!
Shiro: Kuro!!! (get's in the way and get's stabbed instead in the chest)
Kuro: No!!!
Man 2: You're next!!
(SLASH)
Yasuo and Heather: Aaahhhhhh!!!!!!!
Man 2: Now then! (grabs both of them) To throw you two in the fire!
Man 1: Wait!!
Man 2: Huh?
Man 1: Let's hold them hostage. (walks up to them) They'll be the prize for whoever wins the battle today!
(They both continue crying)
Man 1: Let's put them over there! (points to a safe spot away from the fire)
Both: Wahhhhhh!!!!!!!
Man 1: Shut UP!!!
(He hits them in the guts, knocking them out)
Man 1: That should shut them up!
(WOOSH)-a kunai flies towards Man 1, piercing him in the right arm)
Man 1: Aaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!!
Man 2: Who the hell?!
Tim: So.......
Man 2: Huh?!
Tim: (in the stance after he threw the kunai) It seems you show no mercy to children at all, huh? But, to mine, you sure do hesitate. (He smirks)
Man 2: Battousai.......heh, what great timing! We were just getting ready to make a bet on your children. Are you up for it?
Tim: ..........You should know, I don't make bets....but I crush them!
Man 2: It seems you won't cooperate with us!
Tim: Fine......(extends sword) but if you dare lay another finger on them, I will NOT hesitate to kill you!
Man 2: Deal. Now then......let the fight begin! (he steps aside and let's someone approach)
Tim: Uhhh......Ch....Chad.......
Misao: Do you know him, Tim?
Tim: Apparently, yes. It's him.....I'm the one who killed his sister.
(Everyone gasps)
Misao: Tim???
Chad: Yes......and I saw everything. There is no running from what you did, Tim.
Tim: I told you, I.....!!
Chad: (holds up hand) Stop!!!
Tim: .......................
Chad: Let's not talk......I just want to kill you. (puts hand around the handle of his sword) That is the only thing you deserve now.
Tim: ........(lowers his head and puts hand on handle of sword)
Kenshin: The battle against the New Juppongatana is finally beginning. Let's hope....Tim can survive all these battles.
Note: He will be fighting 8 members, plus Shishio
Chad: (closes eyes) (himself) Jessica....your death will not be in vain. (stares at Tim) I swear it!
(The wind blows, the roar of the fire beginning)
Yahiko: Wh.....why won't any of them move?
Kenshin: It's because.....Tim is afraid to might kill him, and Chad's sister probably wouldn't want him to risk his life for her death.
Misao: ...................
Man 2: Battousai, if you don't attack now, your children will be slayed!! Do you hear me?!
Tim: (unsheathes his sword and charges) Aaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!
(CLINGGGG)
(Chad blocked the straight down swing)
Chad: It seems you've made the first move. (smirks) Finally, we can continue what we started. (pushes up and leaves Tim unguarded) Got you!!!
(WOOSH)
Chad: Huh?! Uhhh.......(looks behind him) You......(charges) accept your punishment!!!
(CLING)-blocks a side attack to the side of the head
(CLING)-blocks a side attack from the other side of the head
Damn you!!!
(CLINGGGGGG)-tried cutting him in half diagonally after he did a 180 degree turn)
Uhh......
Tim: Give up Chad......you can't win.
Chad: Shut your damn mouth!! (pushes against Tim and extends sword towards his right arm quickly)
Tim: Ahh.......
(SLASH)
Tim: Aaahhhhh!!!!!!!! (holds wound) Shit!!
Chad: Uuurgghhh!!!!!! (kicks Tim in the side of the face, making him drop his sword)
Tim: Uuhhhh......ahh......(falls to the ground)
Chad: (walks up to Tim in the ground) Here we go again, huh? (kicks Tim)
Tim: Ahh!!!
Misao: Tim!!! (starts running towards him)
Chad: Stay there!!!
Misao: Ahh......
Chad: If you involve yourself, you'll get killed! I wouldn't want to do that!
Misao: ...............
Chad: My target is only the battousai.....no one else.
Misao: ................Tim.
Tim: Chad.....(slowly gets up) I must ask you......
Chad: .......What?
Tim: Do you have anyone else left?
Chad: Do you mean......anyone?
Tim: (slowly nods head) Yes.....
Chad: ....No.....my sister.....she was the only one left, and you killed her.
Tim: ....................
Chad: Our parents died in the war struggle of the Seinan, leaving us alone in this cruel world. For a few years, I've taken care of her, protecting her to my fullest, and now........you come along, and slay her! Thanks to you, I'm alone now! I have no one else!!! (raises sword) And for that, I swear to (charges and starts lowering it) kill you!!!!!
(CLING)
Tim: (blocks it) Chad......listen to yourself! You're a monster! Is this what Jessica would've wanted?!
Chad: SHUT UP!!!!! (kicks Tim in the gut, forcing him to back against a wall)
Tim: (himself) H......how will I win??? Ahh....
Chad: (swings sideways) Heahhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!
(SLASH)-Tim gets a cut across his chest, luckily not that deep)
Misao: Tim!!!!!
Tim: Uhh.....(kneels and speaks softly) I......I'm.......sorry.......
Chad: ...................
All: ..................
Chad: ................Shove it. (kicks Tim in the left side of the face, sending him flying right)
Misao: No.....(runs too him) Tim!! Are you alright?!
Tim: Uhh.....honey.....
Misao: How are you going to beat him? He's..... just like Lord Aoshi when he was seeking power and trying to kill Himura. Nothing will get to him.
Tim: Don't think I'm done yet, Misao.
Misao: But Tim.......
(Tim holds her hand)
Misao: Uhhh.......
Tim: Trust in me.....that's all you can do now....alright? (smiles at her)
Misao: .......(smiles) Sure Tim. (kisses him) Now go get him!
Tim: Right! (stands up) Now then.....how about we continue?!
Chapter 4-Continuation:Two Sad Souls Unite

Man 2: Sir, it seems this match is about even!
Man 1: So it seems. (smirks) But no matter what happens, the battousai will lose something here.
Misao: (clenching fists) (herself) Tim.....please, you have to win. Heather and Yasuo need you.
Tim: (extends sword) .............
Chad: Hmphhh......(extends sword)
Kenshin: So begins Round 2. If I know Tim, he'll use one of his finishing moves;the Sword of Justice or the Amakakeru Ryu No Hirameki. If none of them work....Tim will surely die.
Misao: .....................
Sano: Come on Tim! Shishio was stronger than this guy! You can do it!
Tim: ............(smirks) Hmph!
Chad: Are you going to attack?
Tim: ............(lowers sword) Sorry, but as a good swordsman, I know none of your weaknesses.
Chad: Huh?
Tim: The same is for me.....correct?
Chad: Uhh......
Tim: There's no reason to fight anymore. Please......let's walk away friends.
Chad: (glares) You've got to be kidding. Why should I be friends with you?

Chad: You are the reason for me joining this group of fighters, and I will do what I planned by becoming a New Juppongatana member......and that is killing you!!!

Tim: (smiles) Alright. (extends sword) Let's continue!
Chad: (looks at Tim's face, knowing that a murderer just can't be this friendly) (smiles) Sure. (extends sword)
Misao: Huh? He smiled.
Kenshin: Yes, he did. That's the work of the goodness within Tim's heart, that it is.
Misao: (smiles) And that's the reason why I truly love him. (places fist over heart)
Tim: ...........
Chad: ...........
Tim: (charges) Aaahhhhh!!!!!!!!
Chad: (charges) Aaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!
(CLINGCLINGCLING)
(They're on opposite sides now. They turn around quickly and charge again)
(CLING) (They talk after they meet in the middle and hold it)
Tim: After this is over Chad, I'll tell you everything about me. Maybe it'll change your mind about me.
Chad: Sure, I'd like that.
(They jump back)
Kaoru: It's sort of hard to tell who has the upper hand here.
Kenshin: That's true Miss Kaoru. Their souls are equal to each others, meaning their strengths are also equal.
Misao: Come on Tim!! You can do it!!
Chad: It seems your wife thinks highly of you.
Tim: Yeah.....she does. Why don't you talk to her too?
Chad: I'd be glad too.
(They both jump back)
Tim: (smiles) Okay......(sheathes sword) The next attack.....will be the last.
Chad: (sheathes sword)
Tim: (himself, while in batujutsu stance) And so......my first battle shall end here against the final battle with Shishio. When I face Shishio.....I'll take him down.....for the both of us.....
Chad: ...............
Tim: ..............
All: ................
Men: ..............
Chad: (charges) Aaahhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Tim: .........for all of us. (charges)
Chad: Heahh!!!!!! (swings down at him. Right when he does, Tim steps forward with his left foot and uses the ultimate attack of the Hiten Mitsurugi Style, the Amakakeru Ryu No Hirameki, cutting through his sword and slashing him across the chest, leaving a deep gap and sending him flying. He lands hard on the ground)
Tim: .............(exits the ending stance and stands straight up, looking up at the sky)
Misao: Tim......(smiles) he won.
Tim: .........(sheathes sword)
Man 2: Dammit!!
Tim: (stares immediately at man 2) So.......
Man 2: Uunghh.......
Tim: If you don't mind, I'd like to have my children back, that I would.
Man 1: ..........Do it.
Man 2: What?
Man 1: Do as he says!!
(Man 1 goes over and carries them to Tim)
Tim: Thank you. (shakes them lightly) Hey, you two alright?
Heather: (opens eyes) Uhhh......daddy?? (looks at him) Daddy!! (hugs him tightly and starts crying)
Tim: Hey, come on. Don't cry. Everything is okay now.
Yasuo: (opens eyes) Oh......da.....daddy!! (hugs him)
Tim: There now. We're all together again.
(Misao walks over to them)
Misao: Hey you two.
Both: Mommy!!
(Misao holds them both and they all hug each other as a group)
Chad: ........Uhh......(starts sitting up) eh.....
Tim: ............(walks over) Hey.....you okay?
Chad: I'm okay....Uhh? (notices Tim holding his hand out)
Tim: Friends?
Chad: .........(smiles) Sure. (takes his hand and is helped up) Thanks. I finally see who you really are now.
Tim: No problem.
Man 2: (himself) If I go to Lord Shishio now, I'll be killed! That's it! This has to end! (outloud) Vassar!!!
Tim: Huh? (turns towards man 2)
(SLASH)
Tim: Uhh.....(turns towards Chad again and gasps) Ahhh!!!!!!! (a spear is sticking through Chad's chest) Ch.....Chad!!!
Vassar: Weak ones....must die.
Tim: Uhhh....
Vassar: (takes the spear out, allowing the wound to open and blood pours out. Chad falls to the ground, dead) Hello again, young one.
Tim: You......(hand is going to unsheathe sword)
Kenshin: Sir Tim, get away!!!
Heather: Mommy, I'm scared!!
Yasuo: Me too!!
Misao: Go on guys! Go over to the others! Me and daddy have something to take care of! (places them on the ground and walks over to Tim) Tim.....(places hand on shoulder) please, don't do it.
Tim: Eerrghhhh.... (is hesitating to draw the sword) that bastard......because of him.....Magnus might be dead, I might be dead, and now.....(eyes turn red) he killed my new friend!!
Misao: (hugs him) I know Tim....but you must control yourself. Please......don't become a killer again.
Tim: ........(hand is still hesitating)
All: ...............
Tim: ..........(pulls hand away and hugs her)
Vassar: Finally.....
Tim: Eh......
(Vassar aims the spear towards them, hoping to get them both)
Vassar: I can kill both of you!!!
Tim: That's it!!!!! (pushes Misao out of the way)
Misao: Tim!!!
(STAB)
Misao: Ahh.....no......
(Thump)-Tim falls to the ground after getting stabbed through the chest
Misao: ..........Tim?

Chapter 5-The New Problem😖tuck Between Two Worlds (Part 1)
Tim: My.....my body.....I can't move....what's......wrong with me....did I...truly die...if that.....is so......then......Misao....uhh......she's all alone again.....why must it....be this way.....why?????
(BBBBBBRRRRRIIIIINNGGGGG)-alarm clock
(CLICK)
Tim: (sigh) Once again, I must do this. (opens eyes) Wait a minute! (sits up) Misao, Kenshin, Kaoru, Heather, Yasuo, anyone?! Uhh......(he looks around and see's....his room) I'm back home......but....
Mom: (comes in) Honey, something wrong?
Tim: Mom....Misao is.....what happened?
Mom: Misao? What are you talking about?
Tim: My wife.....you know, she....
Mom: It was a dream dear, don't worry.
Tim: ........(lowers head)
Mom: You should hurry or you'll be late for school.
Tim: Yeah.......
(His mom leaves)
Tim: .......Misao....uh, wait.....(feels his cheek) I......(looks in the mirror) the scar.....where is it? (pause) I suppose....it was all a dream. I might've fell asleep after I put the movie in amd dreamt about the whole thing;the storm, fighting sword battles, everything......and also....(imagines being with Misao) (smiles) I suppose if it was a dream, she was the best part. (starts crying)
(Within 15 minutes, Tim is ready and heads out the door. He drives to school and then walks in. As he does, a girl, about the same height as Tim, same age, short black hair, blue eyes, and a slim figure, walks out of the office. She notices Tim and walks over to him.)
????: Hello there.
Tim: (turns towards her) Oh.....hi.
????: What's your name?
Tim: Tim Ouellette.
????: I'm Missy Moore. Pleased to meet you.
Tim: (smiles) So, you're new here huh?
Misao: Yeah, I moved here from upstate.
Tim: It's nice up there. Why'd you move here?
Missy: It just got too boring, so I heard of this town, then me and my parents decided to move.
Tim: (softly laughs) You'll see it can be boring here as well.
Missy: Oh.......
Tim: What locker do you have?
Missy: (looks at paper) 134.
Tim: You're right next to me! (softly laughs) How about that?
Missy: (blushes) Yeah.
(They arrive at their lockers and put their combinations in.)
Tim: Would it be alright if I looked at your schedule?
Missy: Sure. (takes it out of her pocket then drops it. They both go to get it, their hands touching in the process)
Tim: (blushes) Oh, sorry.
Missy: (softly laughs) That's okay. (grabs it and hands it to Tim) Here.
(Tim studies looks it over)
Tim: We both have 3rd, 4th, and 7th hours together.
Missy: (smiles) Cool.
Tim: (hands it back) Here.
Missy: Thank you. (puts it back in her pocket) Well, we should get going.
Tim: Yeah.
(They look at each other)
Tim: AHEM!! Well then, I shall see you later.
Missy: (softly laughs) Okay.
(Tim walks off)
Missy: He's such a sweet boy. He.......really reminds me of someone.

Teacher: Why don't you take that empty seat next to Tim over there? (she points)
Missy: (looks and smiles) Sure. (walks over and sits down, looking at him)
Tim: (smiles) What?
Missy: Nothing.
Derek: Ooohhhh.....look!!
Tim: Uunghhh.......
Derek: Tim's getting it on with the new girl!!
Tim: Why don't you shut up, Derek?!
Derek: How about you make me, chicken-wuss?!
Tim: (shaking with anger) You......
Teacher: You two, stop it! This is not the place to do that!
Derek: Hmphhh......
Missy: Hey Tim, who is that idiot?
Tim: He's Derek. He taunts me, even beats me up almost every day.
Missy: That's horrible!
Tim: Yeah, well....it's what he does.

(After class-the two of them are walking to their lockers)
Tim: So, what's your family like?
Missy: We like to eat foreign foods and go out occassionally as a family. What's your favorite kind of food?
Tim: You could say I like japanese food in a way, but mostly mexican.
Missy: (blushes) I like japanese a lot.
Tim: (softly laughs)
(Tim is suddenly shoved from behind)
Derek: Hey dickhead, you pissed after what I said, huh?!
Missy: Tim........?
Tim: ..........Get back.
Missy: Uhh......(steps back)
Tim: You know Derek, I don't see the reason why you have to continue this with me! Why don't you stop?!
Derek: And why the hell should I take orders from you?!
Tim: (smirks) Because the principal is right behind you.
Derek: Huh?! (looks)
(BAM!!!)-Tim slugs the back of his head
Tim: Heh!
Derek: You mother ****er!!!
Students: Fight, fight, fight!!!
Derek: I'm going to pulverize the shit out of you!!
Tim: Then go ahead!
(WOOSH)-straight punch
Tim: (avoids to the right) Missed me!
(WOOSH)-diagonal down left punch
Tim: (jumps back) Ohhh....SO close!
Derek: Bastard!!!
(BAM)-Tim suddenly kicks him right in the gut
Derek: Uhhh......(kneels to the ground, holding his chest)
Students: Alright Tim! WOOOOOOO!!! Good job man!
Tim: No need for cheering everyone. (starts walking down the hall)
Missy: (runs to his side) Tim, that was great! How did you do that?!
Tim: .......Actually.....I don't know. It just.....felt like this power controlling me, and it felt so familiar.
Missy: (softly laughs) Maybe it's because of me.
Tim: (smiles to her) Yeah.....maybe.

Chapter 6-The New Problem😖tuck Between Two Worlds (Part 2)
(The end of the school day, outside the school front doors)
Tim: Hey Missy, you busy right now?
Missy: Not really. My parents are at work till 6 so I suppose I'll hang out with you. (smiles)
Tim: That's cool. Want to go eat at Taco Bell?
Missy: Actually, do you have a japanese restaurant here?
Tim: Sorry, no, but we have a chinese one. My mom works there.
Missy: Nah, I don't care much for that, so how about just what you said?
Tim: Okay, let's go.
(Missy holds his hand)
Tim: (blushes) Huh?
Missy: I'm ready. (softly laughs)
Tim: (softly laughs)
(They start off hand to hand)
(We're then shown Derek and the other two around a corner)
Derek: Look at that pussy, getting fresh with that girl!
Pete: So what's the plan Derek?
Derek: .......Get the bats. I'll bring my "special" toy.
(Taco Bell)
Tim: Could I have a steak bowl please?
Cashier: Sure.
Tim: What about you Missy?
Missy: I'll have 3 tacos and 2 burritos.
Tim: Geez Misao, where do you put all of it?!
Missy: (softly laughs) I'm buying something for you too.
Tim: Oh.
Cashier: You two want something to drink?
Tim: Medium pepsi.
Missy: Same thing please.
Cashier: Ok....that totals up to $11.82.
Tim: Here you go. (hands him a 20)
Cashier: And here's your change.
Tim: Thank you.
(They go sit down)
Missy: You know Tim......you were brave back there.
Tim: You mean at the school?
Missy: Yeah.....the way you fought and acted like you were....protecting me.
Tim: (blushes) Heh, it was nothing.
Missy: (softly laughs)
Tim: So, did you have any friends where you moved from?
Missy: Sadly, no. I was always alone.
Tim: Uhh.......
Missy: I never fit in with me practicing ninjutsu;no one liked it. So I moved and hoped to find something that I could do or someone I can hang out with (places hand on Tim's) and I found you.
Tim: ........Missy.
(Missy lays on his shoulder, almost looking like she's about to cry)
Tim: Missy......(puts arm around her)

Tim: Okay you ready?
Missy: Yeah.
(They walk out)
Tim: Do you know where you live?
Missy: I'll just walk where you live and spend the night since my parents are out and they have the key to the house.

Missy: (smiles and lays on his arm while walking, then closes her eyes) I'm glad I met you......Tim.
Tim: (smiles) Same here Missy. (hugs her with his one arm around her)
(They walk deeper into town, still close till someone walks slowly behind them and shoves Tim, taking Missy by the arms)
Missy: Aaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Tim: What the hell?! (runs after them in a dark alley)
(He keeps running till he see's Misao tied up at the wrists, one of Derek's lackies beside her with a bat pointed at her head)
Tim: Missy!!
Missy: Tim!!
Derek: What do we have here?
Tim: Derek........
(Derek walks up from behind Tim and approaches the others)
Derek: Looks like we have a little get-together here, huh? I just LOOOVVEEE these!
Tim: Derek, let Missy go now!!
Derek: No.....not unless you apoligize and beg like a dog for humiliating me in the hall's today!
Tim: **** you Derek! You're the scumbag here!
Derek: If you refuse to cooperate, then we'll have to torture your precious "girlfriend."
Tim: Don't you DARE!!!

(Scott unbuttons one of Missy's buttons to her shirt)

Derek: Apoligize now!!

(unbuttons another)

Derek: No? (nods towards Scott)

Missy: (crying softly) Tim....help me........
Tim: Missy!!
Derek: Two more, and it's showtime for us! Now......

Derek: Alright......if you don't want to humiliate your girlfriend, you'll do it NOW!!

Tim: (glaring at Derek)........................
Derek: ........(sigh) I can't believe it;Tim has fallen to a new low. ........(motions to Scott)
(He goes for the last one)

(puts his hand on the button)

Derek: What???
(Scott is now motionless on the ground from a blow to the head)
Derek: What the hell.........?
Tim: ................(helps Missy to her feet)
Missy: Tim?
Tim: ............(his eyes are blood-red and staring straight at Derek)
Missy: Tim, what's wrong?!
Tim: Get back Missy.
Missy: Uhh......(steps back)
Tim: ..........Derek, I think it's about time.....you receive what you truly deserve!!
Chapter 7-The New Problem😖tuck Between Two Worlds (Part 3)
Derek: Heh, it seems you've finally reached the limit! It's about time!
Tim: ........(picks up a metal bat and extends it towards Derek) Pick up a bat, now! We shall finish this!!
Derek: .....Really, you think you can beat me in a bat fight?
Tim: (laughs evily) We'll just have to see.
Derek: ..........(softly laughs and picks up a bat) Finally, our showdown shall begin!
Missy: Tim!! (herself) He can't hear me. It's just....like I heard. My great grandmother's husband went out of control sometimes too. Could it be.....?
(They both charge)
(CLANG)-they hold it
Derek: It'd be nice to play with your girlfriend! It's been a while since I've had fun with a girl!
Tim: You keep your damn hands off of her, you got that?!
Derek: Man, you're such a loser!
Tim: Urrrraghhhh!!!!!!! (pushes against him, sending him back against a wall. Derek then see's him swinging the bat straight down. He panics and blocks it quickly, a loud clang sounding through the area)
Derek: (shaking) Ahh.....
Tim: Oh, what's wrong?! Getting scared?!
Derek: Shut up!!
Missy: (herself) What am I going to do? I can't just let Tim risk his life here. He's really......THE only friend I've ever made.
(CLANG)

(Tim keeps trying to hit Derek over and over, but Derek is blocking the bat with his)
Tim: How's it feel, huh *****?! How DOES it feel?!
Derek: Tim, this isn't you!! Stop it!!
Tim: Shut it!! You made me this way, so don't go making any of your damn apoligizes!!
Derek: I'm sorry already! They were all just jokes, please!!
Tim: (laughing evily while still trying to hit him)
(This goes on for about another minute till.....Missy hugs him from behind)
Tim: Uhhh......
Derek: .......(opens eyes) Huh?
Missy: (crying) Stop it......please Tim, stop it.
Tim: ............(drops the bat) Missy......
Derek: .........Uhh.......
Tim: (turns around and looks into her eyes) Uhh.... your eyes......
Missy: You knew her.....didn't you?
Tim: What???
Missy: You knew my great grandmother......Misao Makimachi, right?
Tim: Ahh......!!! Wh.....why do you ask?
Missy: You're were her husband.....right?
Tim: ............So.......it wasn't a dream. (sudden pain in his head) Ahh!!!
Missy: What's wrong?!
Tim: Uhh.....nothing, just a migraine.
Missy: Then......if what you say is true....you killed her.
Tim: (gasps) What?
Missy: You killed her......with your own hands.
Tim: .......!!!!!
Derek: Heh! (points a .45 at Tim) You're such a fool!
Missy: Tim!!!
(BANG)
Tim: Ahh.....
Missy: Uunghhhh......(she's standing in front of Tim, blood flowing from her right leg)
Tim: Missy!!
Derek: Stupid *****!! Get out of my way!!
Missy: No......
Tim: Ahh.....Missy?
Missy: I love Tim, and just like my great grandmother before, I won't give up on him!!
Tim: Uhh.....
Derek: I've warned you! (click) Dammit, I'm already out of ammo?!
Tim: You bastard!!
(BAM)-punches Derek in the face
Derek: I'll get you again Tim! You'll see!!! (he runs off)
Tim: How about this?! Don't **** with me ever again!!! You hear me?!!?! (he then walks back to Missy who is looking like she's about to faint) Missy........you okay?
Missy: I should get to a hospital......please Tim, help me.....
Tim: (holds hand) Sure. (he picks her up and holds her close as she lays her head on his chest. He still has a hold of her hand.)
Missy: (smiling, tears falling down her face) Thank you......(closes eyes slowly, drifting into unconciousness)
Tim: ............Misao.......what happened between us? (he starts walking to the hospital)

(Later, in the late evening)
(Ever since the incident, Missy has been in a small coma because of the shock she's been through. Tim has been by her side the whole time........just like he used to with Misao, holding her hand most of the time. It was about 2:00 AM when she woke up)
Missy: .......Uhh.....eh.....(opens eyes) T......Tim???
Tim: (opens eyes) Missy? (sits up in the chair across from the bed and then goes over to her side, holding her hand, smiling) Hey, how are you feeling?
Missy: Now that I'm with you.....(smiles) I feel like I can do anything.
Tim: (smiles and.....kisses her) You should rest still.
Missy: Yeah, but....can you get me some water, please?
Tim: Sure. (goes to get some then comes back) Here you go.
Missy: (sits up slowly and takes it) Thanks Tim. (sips it)
Tim: (smiles) You look just like Misao, except without the hair tied.
Missy: I felt that the style she had wasn't really popular these days, so I stuck with it down.
Tim: It suits you really well, that it does.
Missy: (softly laughs) It get's me thinking......how we just met, and here we are....talking about our family....and falling in love with each other.
Tim: (softly laughs) Yeah.....
Misao: (blushes)
Tim: ..........Missy?
Missy: What is it?
Tim: It's about me......and Misao. Tell me.......what happened between us?
Missy: Well, nothing really. You just....left her.
Tim: Huh?
Missy: One day, she was outside the dojo and......you left to do something in town and never came back. She kept looking for you as long as she possibly could......then she died of depression and loneliness. Tell me......(looks at Tim with a sad, serious look) why did you leave her? What made you do that to the one you love so dear?
Tim: What are you talking about? Nothing like that has happened, but...the last thing I remember when I was with her is when I was fighting someone and.....he came to attack me while Misao was hugging me and.......tried to get us both with his attack, but I pushed her out of the way and took it for myself. (frowns) I wonder what happened to me, and what she's doing now.
Missy: ...........You're probably dreaming now.
Tim: Dreaming?
Missy: You were near death and you passed out. (smiles) Misao is probably awaiting you for when you wake up, right by your side.
Tim: .........................
Misao: So, you want to see her again?
Tim: .........Let me ask this first.
Missy: What?
Tim: Do you.......have a picture of the two of us?
Missy: Yeah, it's at my house. I'll call my mother and have her give it to you.
Tim: (smiles) Okay.
(A moment of silence then......)
Tim: Wait a moment......if you have a picture of us, wouldn't you have known I was the boy in the picture?
Missy: The moment I saw you when I walked out of the office, I knew you looked just like him, but what chance would there be that you WERE him? I decided, "Hey, maybe this boy would be friends with me." For you see......I've never really had a friend in my life. I've only been shown love from my family. That's all.
Tim: Missy......(holds her hand again)
(The next morning)
(Missy's mother comes in)
Mom: Missy, are you okay?!
Missy: Yeah, I am.
Mom: (looks at Tim) So you're Tim huh?
Tim: (nods) Yes ma'am, I am.
Mom: (places a hand on his shoulder) I appreciate you taking care of my daughter. Thank you so much.
Tim: (smiles) It's what I do ma'am. (softly laughs)
(Missy also get's a laugh in too)
Mom: Oh yeah, the picture. (she takes it out of her purse and hands it to Tim) There you go.
Tim: (nods his head) Thank you. (looks at it carefully) .......So it's true. (The picture is of him, Misao, and their two adoptive children, Heather and Yasuo) We were together. (drops the picture and starts crying) Oh Misao......
Missy: The thing that is different is.....you have no scar on your cheek.
Tim: (feels cheek) .........Ahh!! (the scar suddenly appears, since it's been gone the whole time)
Missy: Tim, it's....!!
Tim: My scar.....but how......?
????: Tim??
Tim: That voice......
????: Tim?!
Tim: It's Misao!
Missy: What?!
Mom: Uhh......
Tim: Misao!!
Misao: Come on honey, wake up!
Tim: She can't hear me......
Missy: (smiles) This is a dream Tim. She can't hear you, or me.
Tim: Then.....I suppose it's time to return.
Missy: I suppose.
Tim: .........(looks at Missy) Well, I guess this is goodbye.
Missy: Maybe not. (smiles, tears rolling down her face) I know we'll meet again.
Tim: ...........(walks over next to her and holds her hand) I had fun with you.
Missy: (blushes) Yeah.....except the incident.
(They softly laugh)
Tim: And also, during this time, I've fallen in love with you......but now that I learned that this is but a dream.......no one can take Misao's place in my heart.
Missy: I know....(closes her eyes)
Tim: ........(smiles and places hand on her cheek) Hey?
(Missy looks up at him)
Tim: Cheer up, okay? We'll meet again.....I promise.
Missy: Oh Tim......(tears start coming out)
Tim: ...........
(They kiss, Missy's mom starting to cry too. After a few moments, Tim pulls away.)
Tim: .......Well, I'll be seeing you around.
Missy: Okay.
(They let go of each other's hands and Tim starts walking out.)
Missy: One more thing Tim.
(Tim turns to look at her)
Missy: (smiles) Tell grandmother I said hi.
Tim: .......(smiles) I will. Count on it. (he leaves)
Missy: Tim.......your spirit is so pure. I hope when you do acheive what you're fighting for, you and grandmother can live on in peace. Take care of yourself.....(echos with Misao's voice) my dear Tim.

Misao: Tim! Come on honey, wake up! (shakes him)
Tim: .....................
Misao: (crying) He really is gone.....(collapses on him, resting her head on his chest, tears streaming down fast)
Tim: ............(opens eyes)
Misao: (continues crying, then she feels a hand on the back of her head) Ahh....(slowly looks at Tim and gasps) Tim.....???
Tim: (smiles) Why are you crying honey?
Misao: ........Tim!!! (hugs him while he's laying down)
Tim: ........(puts his hand around her head and pulls her closer.) I'm so sorry Misao......(closes eyes and allows her to continue crying)

Chapter 8-Tim's Suffering Deepens:The Pain Continues On
(Tim and Misao are sitting arm-in-arm at the riverbed. Misao is still crying a little, Tim comforting her. Misao looks up at Tim with the face that she's shown Tim before;the one that shows that there's no one else she'd rather be with and that no one else can make her feel safe as much as Tim did. She hugs him and cries harder into him. Tim wraps his other arm around her and pulls her closer. She looks up again with a teary face and kisses him. They then pull back and go back arm-in-arm.)
Misao: Tim......this has to stop. I can't stand it anymore.
Tim: I know Misao.......(lowers head) the pain you're feeling, my pain......(closes eyes) it goes on for the both of us, but....I know I've asked you of this before, but......(looks at her) believe in me, and I'll win this.
Misao: (looks at him) ..........Tim......I.......
Tim: ...................
Misao: ............(closes eyes and lays on his shoulder) Alright Tim....(holds his hand) I believe in you.
Tim: .......(smiles) All I need is your support and I know I'll gain my freedom.....for I know it's my destiny to always be by your side from now on.
Misao: Destiny.....(smiles) let's hope you keep it.
Tim: Yeah............
(They sat there in silence for 3 minutes till Tim breaks the silence)
Tim: Hey Misao, when I was near death, I had a dream.
Misao: Huh? What was it about?
Tim: At first, I didn't know it was a dream because it seemed so real, but what happened was I was back home in my world, going to school, and....I met a girl. Her name was Missy Moore. She was new to the school and we happened to meet and become fast friends. We decided to go eat together at a restaurant. Afterwards, when we were walking home......Derek ambushed us, along with two of his lackies. (frowns) They threatened to take her shirt off if I didn't apologize for embarrasing Derek before at the school. I kept saying no till I finally snapped and.....I turned into the battousai.
Misao: Ahh.......
Tim: I almost killed Derek but Missy stopped me......just like you did before.
Misao: Tim.......
Tim: I found out later she was....your great granddaughter.
Misao: What?
Tim: It's true honey. In the future, (smiles) you have children.
Misao: (blushes) Oh.....
Tim: But......there's more to the dream.
Misao: What is it?
Tim: After Missy stopped me, Derek shot at me, but she took the shot for herself, protecting me. She lost a good amount of blood from her leg, and I rushed her to the hospital. When she woke up, we shared a moment together. then I was awoken by your sweet voice.
Misao: ...................
Tim: But before I left, I promised to see her again, and I swear I will.
Misao: (smiles) Sounds like quite a 'dream' you had.
Tim: Yeah........
Misao: But Derek......I thought he was good now.
Tim: That's the thing. My dream took place the morning after I was sent here.
Misao: Oh......so that's why.
Tim: Speaking of Derek, where's he been?
Misao: He became a police officer now.
Tim: Huh?! He is?!
Misao: (softly laughs) Yep. He has to make a living after all if he's going to be here among us, right?
Tim: Guess so. (softly laughs)
Kenshin: Hey you two!!
Tim and Misao: Huh? (looks behind them at the top of the hill)
Kenshin: It's dinnertime!
Tim: Okay, we're coming!
Misao: Here Tim, I'll help you up. (helps him)
Tim: Thanks.......Misao.
Misao: You're welcome......(moves hand through his hair on the side of his head) my dear Tim.
(They both smile and kiss)
Chapter 9-Planning for the Future:Tim's Terrible Task Ahead
(Dinnertime)
Kaoru: Here you go Tim. (hands him a bowl of rice with fish mixed in)
Tim: Thanks Kaoru.
(Kaoru blushes)
Misao: Hey Miss Kaoru, any updates?
Kaoru: Kenshin is talking with Saito at the policestation now, so we'll get more soon.
Misao: Oh.
(They eat in silence)

Kenshin: So......it's just as the rumors say.
Saito: Yes. A new war has just started, and Sir Tim is the only one who can win it for us.
Kenshin: .........(lowers head) So much has happened to him ever since I discovered him lying on the street a year ago. I feel so sorry for him.
Saito: Considering he is your reincarnation and of Shishio also, we can assume he has double the power Shishio has.
Kenshin: That's not exactly true.
Saito: Huh? Why do you say that battousai?
Kenshin: Sir Tim might be the reincarnation of both me and Shishio, the manslayers of the revolution, but I'm not sure that the skills he has will be enough to win I'm afraid.
Saito: ..........Another factor might be protecting that ninja. If he loses her, his life will mean nothing. That priority is probably blinding his power a little. That's probably a reason why Shishio formed the Chain Gang and had them kidnap her.
Kenshin: What you say is most likely true. If Sir Tim falls.......this country will fall too.
(They stand there in silence)

????: ........(sigh) Well, here I go. (walks up to the doors and knocks)
Misao: Coming!! (opens the door) Alex? Is that you?!
Alex: (smiles) Hey there Miss Misao. You're looking lovely today.
Misao: (blushes) Thanks.
Alex: How's Sir Tim doing?
Misao: He's doing really well. Want to come say hi?
Alex: Sure.
(They walk in)
Misao: Hey Tim, someone's here to see you!!
Tim: Okay! (Tim comes out of his room) Oh Alex, it's been a while! (he walks up to him)
Alex: Yeah, it has. You seem to be doing good ever since we last met.
Tim: (smiles) Thanks. I can say the same about you.
Alex: So, how have you and Miss Misao been doing?
Tim: (smiles and holds Misao's hand) Really well.
Misao: Tim.....(smiles)
Alex: (laughs) I'm glad to see that you're all fine and dandy.
Misao: Thanks Alex.
Alex: So, where's Amanda?
Tim: She's back at her parents house with Magnus.
Alex: Oh....
Tim: (smiles) You must miss her, huh?
Alex: ..........Actually, I umm.....wanted to ask her if she wanted to marry me.
Tim and Misao: Huh?!
Alex: What?
Tim: Nothing, it's just.....surprising to hear you say it right away.
Alex: What do you mean right away? We've known each other for a while and we've shown our feelings greatly for each other.
Tim: Yeah, you could say that. (smiles) I've seen what you two are like, especially when you saved her from Magnus during my battle with him.
(A flashback plays of Amanda holding onto Alex tightly when he pushed her out of the way of her brother's attack)
Alex: She was so scared, (closes eyes and lowers head) and she felt I was the only one who could protect her.
Tim: Alex..........
Misao: .............
Alex: So, that's why.......I believe it'd be nice to get together and start a family.
Tim: (smiles) I believe you should Alex. If Amanda had heard what you said to us, she'd say 'I will' without hesitation.
Alex: Hearing that from you, it makes me feel good.
Tim: (blushes) It's nothing Alex. It's just my nature.
Misao: It's nice to see you as a role model Tim.
Tim: Role model huh.....? (smiles sadly) My life has changed so much ever since I arrived her almost a year ago.
(Alex and Misao smile)
(Kenshin arrives back home)
Tim: Hey Kenshin. So.......(looks at his face) Hey, what's wrong?
Kenshin: Sir Tim, could I speak to you alone, please?
Misao: ..................
Tim: Sure. (get's up and follows him)
Misao: Alex, did you see Himura's face?
Alex: Yeah.....it seems he has something very important to tell Sir Tim.
Misao: ..........(lowers head) Tim.
(Tim's room)
Tim: What did you want to talk about Sir Tim? By the way your face looked.....it must be serious.
Kenshin: Yes......I just got back from speaking with Saito, and.....we've come to the conclusion that, you must fight this battle alone.
Tim: I've known that already, but......
Kenshin: Sir Tim.......that's not it.
Tim: ...................
Kenshin: We just got news that Shishio has started the war of all wars here in Japan, and you're the main target, along with any others Shishio wishes to vanquish.
Tim: .....................
Kenshin: Shishio has gotten together 1,000 men, including the New Juppongatana. Chad has been defeated, so there's 7 left. Of those 7, there's Shishio and the shadowy figure that almost killed you and killed off Chad. Sir Tim......I'm sorry to say, but you're the one who must do all this.
Tim: ........Sir Ken.
Kenshin: I know that you've changed a lot ever since that rainy night when I found you, but Sir Tim......the things that have changed, has led you to where you are now.....just like it did for me from the revolution till now.
Tim: Uhh......(starts crying)
Kenshin: ........(walks up to him and places his right hand on his right shoulder) Sir Tim?
(Tim looks up at Kenshin)
Kenshin: I just want to let you know, you're not alone in this fight. You have Misao, Miss Kaoru, Sanosuke, Yahiko, the Oniwaban, me, Megumi, everyone you've ever met. Even the people you cared about that died are with you........especially Sojiro. He was one of your only friends, correct?
Tim: Yeah, he was......
Kenshin: Just don't forget any of these people......(smiles) and you'll go far in life, that you will.
(Tim starts crying harder)
Kenshin: (hugs him) You're still young Sir Tim, so stay alive. Win this for yourself, us, this country.....and especially Misao. She needs you for guidance in life.
Tim: Thank you......Kenshin.
(Back to Alex and Misao)
Misao: And I was like...."Whatever!"
(They both laugh)
Alex: You know, that actually is funny.
Misao: Tim didn't think so. (fakes being mad)
(Alex softly laughs)
(Tim returns out into the yard, a sad face being shown)
Misao: Tim?
(Tim walks over to Misao and holds her hand)
Misao: Hey........(makes a hold on his hand tighter) what's wrong? What did you two talk about?
Tim: Alex.....do you mind if I speak with Misao alone?
Alex: Sure Sir Tim. I'll go talk with Sir Ken. (he walks towards the back. After he leaves, Tim leads Misao over to the porch and sits down.)
Misao: Tim, what is it? I'm worried about you right now.
Tim: Misao........I might die.
Misao: Ahh.....!! What?!
Tim: Kenshin told me Shishio has started a war that will destroy this country if no one stops him, and......I am the only one that can do it.
Misao: That's crazy! All by yourself?!
Tim: Yes.........
Misao: But Tim, that's preposterous!! Why must you go alone?!
Tim: It's my destiny. I......can't run away from it.
Misao: Dammit Tim!! If all you have to do is fight while you're with me, then I suppose it's best if we leave each other right now!!
Tim: Please honey......I don't want to argue. (tears start forming again)
Misao: Uhh......
Tim: (looks at her with the saddest face he has ever shown her) I just want to be with you......(takes her face in his hands) please.....just stay with me before I must leave. (hugs her crying) Please...........
Misao: ..........(places her hand atop his head and pulls him closer and whispers in his ear: "I think it's time Tim."😉
(Tim looks at her and see's that what she said, she meant.)
Tim: You sure?
Misao: (smiles, tears slowly streaming down her face) Yes, my dear. I believe it's time......we brought a child into this world.
Chaper 10-A Sad Day:Tim and Misao Part
(The morning)
(The lovely couple are in their room, laying on one futon together under a blanket, with nothing but smiles on their faces. Tim is staring up at the ceiling as Misao is laying on his chest, sleeping soundly. Tim leans forward a little and kisses her. She slowly opens her eyes moments later and looks at the man she truly loves. She kisses him too. They look at each other for a moment then decide to go out for breakfast. After getting dressed, they walk outside, Misao walking against Tim, knowing she should enjoy Tim's company before he set's off on his most dangerous journey. She starts crying softly and Tim comforts her. They arrive in the eating room and Tim helps Misao sit. Sitting next to her, he looks over to her and smiles, placing a hand on top of her's. Misao smiles and silently says 'Thank you.' The others notice this moment between them and don't say nothing since they know why they are acting the way they are. After eating, Tim starts preparing for his journey. As he does, Misao is standing in the doorway of their room....silently watching. Here and there, they notice each other looking at themselves. When they did, they smiled happily. After 10 minutes, Tim collects the last thing and walks out, taking Misao's hand in his and leading her with him to say farewell to everyone else. Afterwards, they step outside the front doors....where they shall part. For a few minutes, they stand there without saying a word......the wind blowing softly through their hair. Afterwards, Tim slowly looks over at Misao. She does the same, meeting his eyes. After a minute passes, they slowly put each other's arms around each other and lean in for a kiss.......lasting for the longest time. They slowly pull away and Tim moves his hand through her hair on the left side.)
Misao: Please Tim......please come back to me. I need you.....
Tim: I know Misao.......please, you don't need to worry. I'll be back. (places hand on her left cheek) I promise.....
Misao: (tears start falling) I'll keep that engraved in my heart, Tim.....till you return to me in my arms.....at this very spot.
Tim: (smiles sadly) Oh Misao.....if only I met someone like you in my world.....(cries and hugs her)
Misao: ........(hugs and comforts him)
Tim: .........(suddenly pulls away from her and start's walking away)
Misao: Tim........?
(He keeps walking away......not daring to look back again.)
Misao: Tim......(stretches arm out) Come back.....please......(falls to her knees in tears) Please....Tim. I....love you. I.....don't want to leave your side.....
Tim: ..................
Misao: .........TIM!!!!!!!!!!!
(And so, we end with Tim walking away from his beloved wife, Misao, to accomplish what was brought upon him.......to fulfill his destiny and fate. What dangers await Tim on this perilous journey, and will he ever see Misao again? Stay tuned!!!)
Chapter 11-Master and Apprentice:Tim's Training Continue's On
(Tim walks silently, alone, towards the hut of Seijiro Hiko, the 13th master of Hiten Mitsurugi Style. He hopes to finish his training that he started before.....and learn to stay the way he is now;a kind and gentle man, the one that Misao loves, and pehaps become the 14th master.)
Tim: (approaching Seijiro by the fire) Good morning Master.
Seijiro: (turns around) Good morning Sir Tim.....Huh? (notices how sad he looks, but doesn't ask why, for he know's from all that's going on) Are you hungry?
Tim: I ate before I left, thanks.
Seijiro: Alright then. Shall we continue with the training then?
Tim: ........(smiles and nods) Yes sir.
(The waterfall area)
Seijiro: Sir Tim, do you remember where we last left off?
Tim: I believe I tried using the ultimate attack, correct?
Seijiro: ......(sigh) How about we start over from the beginning?
Tim: (softly laughs) Sounds good to me. (unsheathes sword and smiles)
Seijiro: Hmphh! (smiles and unsheathes sword too) We shall have a practice battle.
(They have a stare-off)
Tim: (himself and smiles while his eyes are closed) Misao.....I'll make you proud by becoming strong.....and stay the way I am; the way you want me to be.
Seijiro: (himself) His spirit is stronger than ever. That tells me that he will succeed and become the next master of Hiten Mitsurugi.
Tim: ...............
Seijiro: ............
Tim: ..........(bends his legs and charges) Aaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
(CLINGGGG)
Seijiro: (himself while blocking his sword swing) The power of his swing show's his greatest desires; to win this battle......and return to his love.
Tim: Uunghhh.....(pushing towards him then jumps back and raises it, swinging down)
(CLINGCLINGCLING)-they then hold it
Seijiro: The power of your swings are great Sir Tim, but you must think before you act.
Tim: Right!
(Seijiro pushes him back and Tim get's ready for an energy attack. He swings diagonally and energy flies out. Seijiro cuts it in half then compliments Tim on it. Tim softly laughs then jumps in the air, about ready to use Ryui Sui Sen. Seijiro jumps up in the air as well and raises his sword. He swings at Tim but he quickly disappears and shows up behind him and goes for his shoulder. He hits him then Seijiro lands on the ground hard. Tim then lands on his feet and looks at Seijiro. Just now....he realized he won. The strength that he had gained from being with Misao helped him win this. He closes his eyes then says silently to himself while smiling; "When all of this is over......I promise to return in your arms." Seijiro then regains consciousness and stands up, staring at Tim. Tim catches his eyesight and softly laughs, knowing that this will be a memorable moment for him in his later years.)

Seijiro: How's it taste Sir Tim?
Tim: Really good, thanks. (takes a bite)

Seijiro: Would you like some sake?
Tim: .........(smiles) Yes please.
(The reason he hesitated was because he only drinks sake when he's with Misao)
Seijiro: (pours a cup) Here.
Tim: Thank you. (drinks)
Seijiro: I was thinking Sir Tim.......about how you looked when you arrived here.
Tim: ..................
Seijiro: Comparing what happened to Kenshin......it seems it was tough to leave the one you loved behind too.
Tim: ...........(remains silent, the fire reflecting in his eyes where tears were forming)
Seijiro: .............(sigh) It's getting late. We should get some good sleep for our training tomorrow. (stands up) I bid you good night Sir Tim. (walks off)
Tim: ........(he looks up at the moon and keeps his eyes on it, knowing that Misao must be looking at it at that exact same moment.) Good night honey.

(4:00 AM-Shishio's hideout)
Shishio: You're certain.
Vassar: Yes. Your other self has left the Aoiya and is now with Seijiro Hiko, the master of Hiten Mitsurugi Style swordsmanship.
Shishio: Hmphh......I suppose he's hoping the training he get's with him will be enough to defeat me. (softly laughs) He'll need a lot more than just one style to defeat me. After all......(smirks) this is a chance to kill that annoying ***** of a wife at the Aoiya when she's offguard. Vassar, send you-know-who to where the battousai is and as for the ninja......we'll let her live a little longer.
Vassar: (bows) Yes sir. (disappears)

(Tim is sleeping soundly on the log outside as the fire is still going. As Tim remains there, a shadow appears behind him, ready to pierce him in the head with a dagger!!!)
Chapter 12-Brief Encounter:Battle with Woltar!!!
Misao: Ahh.......!!! (Misao suddenly sits up from her horrible dream and wipes her forehead of the sweat, sighing reliefly. She looks over to Heather on her right then to her left where Tim usually sleeps. She imagines Tim with her right now, a tear coming to her eye, but she suddenly wipes it away and says to herself to stay strong, for no matter what, Tim will keep his promise to come back to be with her again. She smiled then went back to sleep with that thought in mind, and imagined a smiling Tim in her dreams.)

(7:00 AM)
(Birds twittering;The sound of the wind in his ears;Tim slowly opens his eyes to daylight then sits up. He stretches then looks around and see's his master coming from the direction of the hut.)
Tim: Good morning master.
Seijiro: Good morning Sir Tim. Why'd you sleep out here?
Tim: I just conked out.
Seijiro: It might've been the sake. (smiles)
Tim: (softly laughs) Yeah, probably.
Seijiro: .......Come. You can help me with breakfast. (starts towards the hut)
Tim: (smiles) Sure master. (follows him)
(Just as he's about to enter the hut, he spots a kunai heading for his head. He unsheathes his sword and knocks it ouf of the air.)
Seijrio: Sir Tim!!
Tim: I'm alright. (start's walking out into the clearing) Come out!! Show yourselves, you bastards!! (holds sword in front of face) I'm ready.
????: You're ready, huh?
Tim: ............(looks to his right)
????: Are you sure you're ready to face me, the mighty Woltar!?
Tim: You're a ninja, I assume.
Woltar: Yes, my skills in the ninja arts are imminate. No one has ever survived a fight with me.
Tim: (spits on the ground) It was all luck up till now. Finally, you get to face a real challenge......(holds sword out) Tim Ouellette, the new battousai of Japan!
????: Now now battousai, don't be so strict.
Tim: (gasps) That voice......!!
(Vassar appears by Woltar)
Tim: You......!!! (ready to charge)
Seijiro: Sir Tim, wait!!
Tim: Uhh.......(looks at him)
Seijiro: Use my sword!! (tosses it to him)
Tim: (catches it) Huh? But why?
Seijiro: It's more lighter. It'll be better for you.
Tim: .........(smiles) Right.
(Tim and Woltar facedown)
Tim: .................
Woltar: ..................
Tim: ...................
Woltar: ....................
Tim: (unsheathes sword and charges) Aaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Woltar: Hmphhh!!
(WOOSH)
Tim: Huh, where'd he go?!
Woltar: It's impossible!
Tim: What?! (looks up in a tree)
Woltar: Simple sword attacks will do nothing to me!
Tim: Alright then! (swings sword up, causing energy to fly out)
(Woltar disappears then appears behind right behind Tim)
Tim: Ahhh!!!
Seijiro: (himself) This man sure is skilled. If I were fighting him......then I don't think I'd have much of a chance then Sir Tim.
Woltar: What's this?!
(Tim is shaking with frightness)
Woltar: Fear coming from the battousai?! You're pathetic!!!
Tim: Shut the hell up!!! (turns around and quickly swings, but only get's air) Dammit!!
(Suddenly the sounds of kunais flying through the air come from behind Tim. He gasps and suddenly turns around. One pierces him in the leg and the other in the arm.)
Tim: Ahh!!!!!
Woltar: (appears in front of Tim about 40 feet ahead) You're lucky I only got your leg and arm! A little higher and it would've been your skull!
Tim: Enghhh.....(takes the one in his leg out) Ahh!! (goes for the one in his arm) Unghh....!!! You'll pay.......you bastard!
Woltar: Then show me the power of battousa!!!
(Woltar has decided to charge fully towards Tim, sending kicks and punches towards him. Tim has sheathed his sword now, knowing it wouldn't be needed from hereon out. He's avoiding most of the kicks and punches; the one's he's getting hit with are to the face and gut.)
Tim: (himself while avoiding his attacks) I don't know how much more I can take. With the kunai wounds and now this, my stamina will be depleted. I'm losing a lot of blood from the wounds and I might pass out any moment.
Woltar: (while still attacking him) Well, it seems the battousai has run out of energy, and so soon!!! (goes for a hard punch to the face)
(WOOSH) (SMACK)-Tim grabs his fist
Tim: Hmphh!!
Woltar: Impressive! My compliments to the battousa!
Vassar: Quit wasting time, Woltar! Kill him now!!!
Woltar: Yes sir!
(They both jump back)
Seijiro: Sir Tim.......
Tim: (catching his breath from all that's happened in this fight) Dammit......I'm starting to get dizzy.
Woltar: (same thing from all the attacks he's done at Tim)
Tim: (himself) What am I going to do? I haven't eaten anything for a while so that causes me to be even more dizzy, and my sword attacks are useless against him.......(falls to his knees) Dammit....I can't fall here! I can't!!!
Seijiro: Sir Tim!!!
Woltar: Aww, is the battousai giving up already?!
Tim: Shut up.......
Woltar: What?!
Tim: (clenching his hand into a fist while it is on the ground) No one.....(fully stands up) insults me like that! (looks at Woltar with an evil look in his eye, but he's still himself) Not even a man who doesn't deserve to be called a ninja can tell me that!!
Woltar: You snot-nosed punk!!! (throws kunais at him)
(Tim avoids them all)
Woltar: Dammit!!
Tim: (puts hand on handle of sword) This is the end Woltar! I hope you enjoy your time in hell!
Woltar: What are you, a fool?! You know damn well your sword attacks won't work here!!
Vassar: If you're thinking of using the ultimate attack against him battousai, then you're definetely a fool!!
Tim: (keeps the evil glare) (himself) I wish they would just ****ing go away!
Seijiro: ........Ahh......(suddenly has an image of Tim becoming Kenshin for a moment) What was......?!
Woltar: This is getting irritating! (get's kunais at the ready)
Tim: .........(unsheathes sword and raises it)
(The wind blows)
Seijiro: .......(himself) His only chance of winning this......is using the Amakakeru Ryu no Hirameki at the very instant he appears in a different place. There's only that one chance.....if he doesn't succeed.....then he'll die.
Tim: ..........
Woltar: ..........
(The Aoiya)
Heather: (runs upstairs) Hey mommy, let's play!
Misao: (sitting by the window, looking down with a sad look upon her face) No......that's alright honey. I don't feel good.
Heather: Hey, what's wrong, (sits in her lap) and where's daddy?
Misao: .........He......Daddy had to go on a trip for a while.
Heather: Without us?
Misao: It's only something he can do. No one else can help him.
Heather: Oh......he must be lonely then.
Misao: Yeah.......(has a flashback of them parting)
Heather: .......(smiles) He'll be alright. Daddy's very strong. (puts her hand over her's) We should both be strong like he is, right?
Misao: (starts crying) Oh Heather.......(hugs her tightly)
(The fight)
Tim: ..........
Woltar: ............
(They charge at each other. Tim brings his sword to the side and swings sideways. Woltar suddenly disappears then appears behind Tim. He then disappears again and is ready to show up somewhere else, ready to slice him up. He appears in a tree and comes down towards Tim, kunai raised. Tim gasps and looks behind him. He jumps forward, flips, then charges forward and swings down. Woltar flips back, Tim continuing forward. Woltar then goes for a side-kick to the face. Tim avoids it then QUICKLY shows up behind him, charging at him quickly, sword sheated.)
Tim: Die.........
Woltar: Aaahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(SSSSSSSSSSSLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSHHHHH HHHHHHHHH)-the Hirameki is performed, slashing through Woltar's middle, his guts showing under his upper half after falling to the ground. His lower half falls to it's knees then down to the ground, blood pouring out from the veins.
Seijiro: Impressive.......
Vassar: Uungghhhh....!!! You bastard!! You'll get your's someday!! You'll see!!!!! (disappears)
(Tim smirks a little then grunts and falls to his knees, breathing rather heavily from the hard fight.)
Seijiro: Sir Tim!! (runs too him) Here, let me help you.
Tim: No master.......I'm fine.
Seijiro: Sir Tim......
Tim: Uunghh....(struggles to stand up then sheathes his sword) Well then.....shall we go do what we were going to do? (slowly starts walking towards the hut then right before entering the front door, he collapses.)
Seijiro: Sir Tim!!!

Tim: Misao??? (he opens his eyes and see's her tending to his wounds)
Misao: You know you worry me everytime you go off fighting.
Tim: Misao.......is that you???
Misao: (softly laughs) Of course it is silly. (leans down and kisses him) Now you just rest, okay?
Tim: Okay honey......(smiles, tears forming in his eyes) I will.

Seijiro: Sir Tim? Are you awake yet?
Tim: Uhh......(slowly opens eyes) Master?
Seijiro: (sighs) It seems you're past the critical point. Don't worry, you'll be fine.
Tim: Master.......my wife.....was she here.....?
Seijiro: No. Why do you ask?
Tim: I saw her.....right next to me.
Seijiro: I see......It must've been a dream since I've been here looking over you.
Tim: I suppose. (closes eyes)
(The next day)
(Tim get's up and stretches)
Tim: Oh man, I feel like a new man again! Whew!! (walks out of the hut) I wonder where master is?
(Footsteps are then heard coming from the direction of the river)
Tim: Oh, there you are.
Seijiro: Sir Tim? Are you sure you're alright to walk now?
Tim: (smiles) Don't worry. I feel much better now. I'll be fine.
Seijiro: I see. It seems you have potential, just like Kenshin.
Tim: Really? Heh.....(looks down) must be another trait of being just like him.
Seijiro: Yes. (nods)
Tim: (sighs) Anyhow, I decided to go for a walk in town. I'll be back at night okay?
Seijiro: But what do you plan to do all day there?
Tim: .........(smiles) I need to see her one more time.
Seijiro: ..........I see. I understand.
Tim: (nods his head) I'll be careful. (goes to get his sword and puts it on his belt) Well, see you later. (walks off)
Seijiro: Take care Sir Tim. (himself) Maybe he knows what might happen, so.....I suppose that's why he said.....one more time.
Chapter 13-Tim and Misao's Sorrow:Reminiscing about the Past
(Season 1 summary)
(Tim Ouellette, almost 18 years old, strong swordsman, user of some of his own attacks and of Hiten Mitsurugi Style, husband to Misao Makimachi for almost a year now, who is 17 years old, a little while till she's 18, leader of the Kyoto Oniwaban Group. She loved Aoshi, the previous leader, till Tim entered her life. What she found in him was a spot that needed to be filled. That's why she decided to stay with him, also filling an empty spot within her as well. Over the year they've been together, they've changed each other's lives greatly, always being there for each other. With Tim's current situation, he now thinks back at everything that has happened.
(Tim's journey in the Kenshin world began when, from his home in 2004 America, got transferred to 1878 Tokyo, Japan when electricity zapped through his TV from a storm during the winter and sent him there. As of now, this is where he suffers;having to fight and not get any glory out of anything. His mission became clear when Gohei Hiruma attacked the dojo, trying to get to Tim. Tim fought, knowing he had no experience with a sword. When the wooden sword he had got cut in two, he was given Kenshin's reverse-blade, not knowing that it would change him forever. The reason for this was because Tim is Kenshin's reincarnation, so given his sword, he obtains his powers.)
(He then started off on his journey to slay Makoto Shishio, a man thought to have been killed during his battle with Kenshin after combusting, but because of Tim's appearance, he has returned. This is because Tim is ALSO Shishio's reincarnation. Yes, Tim is, you can say, 3 different people. He's himself, Kenshin with his sword skills, and Shishio, wanting to kill mercifully sometimes. The day after he left, September 10th, 1878, he met Misao Makimachi. At first, they seemed to not get along because Tim yelled at her since they got to the point when Tim yelled at her for not liking what he was going through. This caused her to run away in tears, knowing she upset Tim. But later, they met up again and made up. They then decided to team up, and from then on, they became friends.)
(Later on, they met Yoshi, a boy who's village was in flames, due to Shishio. After dealing with that, Tim met Shishio face-to-face in the forest outside town, hoping to end it quickly, but Sojiro, the boy who went out looking for a new way to live, has returned to Shishio's fight and duels Tim in his place. Tim escapes death in this first battle of his, worrying Misao badly. After healing at the village for a few days, they continued on.)
(In the woods outside the village, Gohei appeared again, making Tim mad enough to be slaughtered!!! Yes.....Tim turned into a "battousai" and used his own attack, the Sword of Justice, on him, an attack that involves spiritual energy from the body that transfers to the sword to the tip of the blade, and with the sword strokes Tim does, energy is formed, and he's able to send it towards the enemy to slaughter them. By jumping into the air and swinging his sword diagonally left and right, straight down, and to the side, he used the energy to slaughter his enemy by sending it down to him. Tim felt sorry afterwards when he woke up, feeling bad for being wicked and cruel in front of Misao. Then Anji, a fallen monk who used to work for Shishio before, shows up to help. After taking care of Tim's wounds, he bids them farewell. The next day, while walking together, Misao struck up a conversation about Tim's "true" reason of being there, and after hearing about the things he's been through before in his life, she decided they might want to get married. After a moment of thinking it through, Tim proudly asked her, and she accepted. The thng that was in the way of their marriage was the current problem with Shishio, and Tim knew, with Misao's help and love, they would succeed!)
(They came to a village later that was blown up. They're shocked to see the outcome. Then a girl, Heather, is found outside the village, where she was during the explosion. She was the only survivor. The two of them decided to take her with them and adopt her.)
(Sojiro then show's up to tell Tim Shishio is ready to face him. Tim then goes into the nearby woods to have the first, and maybe the last, deathmatch with him. It didn't take long for Shishio to get rid of Tim. Later, Misao finds his lifeless body laying on the ground. She cries out for him to return, and he does. It's because Misao's love for him was so strong that it sparked more life in him and his parents reached him through a dream, telling him that he shouldn't die yet, or ever.....because he still has so much to look forward too.)
(Soon, it was time for Tim and Sojiro to have their rematch. After a good, long battle, Tim was victorious, and bid farewell for now to his new friend. Then.......they show up in Kyoto; a place that has seen disaster beyond words. Tim and Misao arrive at the Aoiya. Tim goes out for a walk with Aoshi to speak of the current situation. They are then ambushed by Bonzo, a new lackie to Shishio. Tim escapes death once again and wins after taking down the enormous "balloon" beast. At the same time, someone sets the Aoiya on fire and tries killing Misao, Okina, and Heather. Tim and Aoshi make it back in time to help Misao after she was fighting off the man who started the fire. Tim then saved Heather and Okina from within the burning Aoiya. Afterwards, his anger had risen so high that he swore he would end this, and take care of the burden that has been entered into his life.)
(The final battle was decided. It would be fought in a secret area built into the mountain. Finally, the battle Tim has been waiting to finish has started. Misao's worries grew very deep as she was forced to watch her future husband risk his life again. The battle got fercious, Tim and Shishio showing off technique after technique, but after a whole lot of fighting, and Misao's life being threatened, Tim turned into the battousai, worrying Misao, knowing she might lose him because of this power within him, and she did for a short while. Misao fought him when Tim was down, almost getting killed in the process, but thanks to the technique his parents gave him in his dream from before, the Love Heal, he returned......and settled things finally after one final charge towards Shishio. Finally, Tim and Misao could live together in peace and start a family together.)
(October 13th, 1878 was the day they finally shared their love through marriage, starting off a time of friendship and caring between each other. But after 6 months of peace.....chaos struck Japan once again.)
End of Season 1
(Tim walks by the Shirabeko; a restaurant like the Akabeko in Tokyo; looks up at the sign then decides to go inside to get something.)
(Season 2 summary)
(Tim is led to a table then orders his food. Afterwards, he continues with his past.)
(The quiet and peaceful life of Tim and Misao abruptly came to an end when a murder was committed in Tokyo. After checking it out, Tim came to the conclusion that Raijuta Isurugi, a previous enemy to Kenshin, was trying to rebuild his kingdom in Izu. Tim eventually left to stop him, alone. After a while, Misao caught up, hating to be away from him. They teamed up to get rid of him.)
(The battle soon started, like in the previous battle, Raijuta used Izuna techniques, hoping to slice Tim in pieces. Tim prevented this and in the end, was victorious. Being wounded, Tim fainted. Misao took care of him and hoped for the best. Not knowing it, she fell asleep and dreamt that he died. She felt so sad afterwards, all she could do was hold onto Tim tightly, not wanting to let him be seperated from her again.)
(They return home to the dojo, to a happy and joyful Kaoru. After having a discussion, they're suddenly attacked by the Jinpuu Squad, a group of assassins who swear to get rid of corrupt people within the government. Since Tim has been a big help in the past, he's considered part of the Japanese government. In a past, these guys were a threat to Kenshin as well. Tim was about to battle the leader, Toma, when they arrived uninvited, but Kenshin, Sano, and Yahiko were returning home for a little shopping, so they had to retreat.)
(Later, when Tim and Misao were alone at the dojo on the porch, Toma paid another visit. He had a deal set up. It was to have Tim join the Jinpuu Squad, or Misao would be killed and dojo would be burned to the ground. Tim, of course, rejected his ridicolous offer. Toma then left, preparing to put his plan into action. With no time to lose, Tim and Misao hurried out to find Kaoru and the others to warn them, but it was too late. By the time they found them and returned.....a wall of flames was reaching up to the sky where the dojo was. Kaoru collapsed in tears, knowing the dojo from generations past is now gone. With the confusion going on, Toma came out from hiding and tried slaying Misao, but Tim sensed him and got in the way of his attack, getting sliced across the chest, but only minor. He then ran off. Tim slowly got up and followed him, Misao realizing he was now a battousai! She ran after him, not wanting her love to do anything risky. After catching up, Tim told her to go back. She, of course, refused. Tim then slapped her, and told her again. When she didn't listen, he slapped her 3 more times, then Misao just clung to Tim's front, pleading for this evil within Tim to go away. It did, allowing Tim to come back to realization, gladly accepting his wife's help to protect and support him. Kenshin and the others eventually caught up, having a little discussion. Kenshin gave Tim his sword as well for he knew Toma too much to have Tim use a japanese sword against him. Tim happily accepted and, with Misao by his side, went off to face Toma.)
(As soon as they reach the outskirts of the city, the battle begins. After a while of not being much of a fight, Tim came close to killing Toma since he grabbed his sword after turning into the battousai!! Tim stood there, sword raised, hesitating, then....when he noticed what he was doing, he tried killing himself!! But....Toma stopped him from doing so. Just like before, Toma tried doing the same thing, knowing what he did was wrong. Tim thanked him for doing so. Thus, the fight ended, and with his wife not worried anymore by his side.....returned home once again.)
(Upon their return at the inn since the dojo was destroyed, they received a letter, telling Tim and the others who were able to fight, that if they didn't enter the first annual Tokyo Tournament in a week, all of them would be killed! Tim started worrying that this might be a warning; a warning of a terrible danger yet to come.)
(After the preliminaries, Tim, Misao, and Kenshin, continued on into the finals. They all passed the first round, going on into the second. In this round......something happened that Tim couldn't believe. Misao died!!!!! This was done by the hands of an anonymous fighter. The next fight determined who would get revenge for her death. It would either be Kenshin or Tim. The fight wasn't much in the end; to Kenshin, it was a test of who had the will and strength to go on. Tim showed at the end of the fight after getting pummeled by one of his attacks that he should be the one to do it, for that there was no one else who could. Kenshin happily took his advice and stepped down, allowing Tim to have the victory.....and to go on to avenge Misao Makimachi's death. Afterwards, it was Tim's turn to fight him....having this evil spread through his body since his beloved wife died in his arms, he approached the arena with an evil glare.)
(The finals then began, Tim's anger rising greater than ever. Shortly through the battle, Tim cut the mask part off of anonymous' outfit, revealing his true identity. Tim was then stunned as hell.....It was Shishio!!!!! Tim stood there, shocked to see he was still alive, and after that stab to the chest in their previous fight! Shishio laughed and took off the rest of his outfit, revealing his usual blue cape that goes around him and his bandages. The battle then continues, the same sort of stuff happening that went on in their deathmatch 6 months ago. A few minutes into the fight, he did the same thing to Tim he did to Kenshin before by biting his left shoulder. Tim let out a piercing scream, then fell to the ring floor, practically dead almost. Then.....something wonderful happened.)
(Tim fell unconscious when he hit the ground, being pulled into a dream......where he met Misao. She tell's him she's coming back....for him, for their lives have not been much yet. They still had a lot to accomplish before death could part them. With his arms around his wife, and sobbing loudly, he wished for all this to be over.....and to be living in peace with her. Once again, the Love Heal technique works wonders, allowing Tim to continue his fight, and the hope of Misao coming back keeping him in this world. Tim got ready, Misao at his side in spirit, and together, they beat him, his head coming clean off! Tim breathed a sigh of relief, knowing he was the winner of the tournament, Shishio was now dead, and his wife was with him. With those thoughts in mind, he smiled and fainted.)
(Soon after, Tim woke up at the clinic, everyone waiting to see him....even Misao, who was waiting with a bouquet of flowers. Tim hugged her, not wanting to let go at all, for no reason whatsoever. Little did the two of them know, something FAR worse than what just happened....will change both Tim and Japan forever.)
End of Season 2
(Tim thanks the waitress for the nice meal and takes his leave. He then starts in the direction.....of the Aoiya.)
