what kinda topics do they give you?

i often end up writing really morbid ones😖
that reminds me...ive not been updating my stories in the general fiction forum😱

Well the one I did yesterday I had to choose from three quotes from the book "To Kill a Mockingbird" (which is actually one of my favorite books) and write about its importance to the story... One of my problems is that whenever I write for school it always ends up being either too short or too long
Other topics... "Write about a scary experience in your life"... "Write about something that happened early in your life"... It's just... Crap... I swear that if I could write about whatever I wanted to, I'd get an A on every paper...
