(We do need a way to work this out maybe round based combat, I'll admit i forgot to react to most attacks of that round, and i'm a vet RPGER)

i think i t should be like this everytime someone does something to someone else 1 out of every 3 hits that person actually gets hit and after 10 hits u have to recover for 2 minutes then u can ocme back in the fight

Cycolps this was your baby to start with so obviously all final decisions will be your call but how about turning it into more of an RPG feel to the combat, Turn based kinda ranked on your speed and leadership, it would mean we would all have to produce character sheets of some kind though, But final word is up to you.
