johnny had tough competition at the oscars this year, up against actors such as russell crowe & sean penn...... he was just amazed that he got nominated he said "i was shocked, i still am...i'll always be shocked!" and he says that he never goes to the awards shows expecting to win something... he says its amazing just to be nominated and the feeling that his work is being recognised. It was a shame he didnt win but theres always next year.
I was surprised that Johnny wore an armani suit, i mean he's kinda the "REBEL AGAINST THE LABELS" type of dude. Vanessa looked great (dammit) there's a pic of him holding his mom's hand and Vanessa's what a sweetie. Silly cogger, Russel Crowe wasn't nominated for best actor. I'm glad he doesn't expect to win, he isn't really "popular" amoungst the Hollywood list, which is fine. I still love him.... to death... and resurection... and death again.
