They are 2 different kind of actors. JD is good with goofy (I'm not saying he cant do serious!) and Sean is more deep, dramatic characters.
Sean was definitely better, both in Mystic River and in 21 grams.

Well I would probably say the same thing if i hadnt been watching Johnny Depp since the age of 2, and from there on watched him everyday..Ive never seen a Sean Penn movie b4, except this cop movie and i didnt like it..So maybe if I had grown up watching SP, i might like him better...But i just dont know...

He is a good actor, you should see is movies.

Sean is great. I don't think Johnny should have won for Jack Sparrow.. it wasn't his best.

Jessica Simpson makes me sick too. She's so perfect, those big flawless teeth... great skin, beautiful, successful. I hate that. Hilary Duff pisses me off too. There's an article on Johnny in US about how falling in love changed his life, for about a split milsecond I was jealous of Vanessa but then I realized that I wouldn't want to date Johnny, If we broke up that would be that! But if you're his friend then he can't exactly "break up" with you... unless you post pictures of his kids 😉
