i saw him first in movie What's Eating Gilbert Grape. And Im totally inlove with him. And Yeah, he's great actor. :thumbsup: 🙂

He was amazing in The Libertine, that being said though I loved the whole film. But he's so amazing that by the end you recoil from the screen, because of how he looks, but also what he says. *shudder*

I've still yet to see the libertine..but hopefully I will do soon.He did a good job in potc 2 😊

to be honest, like I love Johnny Depp hes my favourite actor, but...I don't think he was that great in POTC 2 😬 IMHO

Oooh I went to the library the other day and I took out the biography "What's Eating Johnny Depp?" so I shall be reading that soon.

I don't even think I've posted in here shock so I shall say that Johnny Depp is truly an amazing actor. He does so many different types of roles but he's great in every single one. And he's also very dishy for his age haha.

It's just because most of the Johnny Depp fans that come in here only started to like him since Pirates of the Caribbean. But I think I chose Pirates of the Caribbean 😮 'cause it is my second favourite film (if The Lord of the Rings trilogy counts as one). But I would have chosen Edward Scissorhands if Pirates of the Caribbean wasn't there.

you're probably right about that. but benny and joon and gilbert grapes were two of mine. chocolate factory didn't do it for me though, even if i did like how quirky he was in it.

Aww I like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Tim Burton's films are always groovy. I love Sleepy Hollow too (and may I add a child from my primary school was in that 😱 I always remember him talking about it but at the time I didn't really know who Johnny Depp was 🙁 ..he was the lil red headed dude who hides under the floorboards). I haven't seen Benny & Joon 🙁 or What's Eating Gilbert Grape but I so want to. Oooh it's only £5.99 in HMV I think I shall buy it.

Ed Wood's the best film he's done. He's perfect in it. It's also one of the best films I've seen Burton do as well. And it only got 17 votes, shocking!...
