Episode III official title- Revenge of the Sith

the revenge of the jedi never became the title because jedi's don't have revenge it's not in their nature and they never will be

it could be better evryone new what it would be.

Well, the title was definitely speculated for quite some time. But still...I love it. 👆

Good title... not spectacular, but a nice fit in with the rest. I have to get used to the Revenge bit in RotS. 😉

I think the title does work because the Sith is the downfall of the Republic. Also Lucas may have also chosen this title because back in 1983 the Return of the Jedi origainl title was called THE REVENGE OF THE JEDI but changed it because it didn't fit.

The title is great in my opinion and now we're gonna have ordinary people who aren't even Star Wars fans talking about a film with the word "Sith" in it and wondering what it means and that's really cool. Oh, and this is my 1000th post.
