I don't think anyone is really debating whether or not Venom is strong enough to knock Juggernaut around. That's entirely possibly, seeing as many other characters have knocked them around.
But from what you wrote there, you clearly don't even know who Juggernaut is. I'm not even being mean. You don't seem to realize that he doesn't feel pain. No damage. Nothing. Nothing hurts Juggernaut. He is INVULNERABLE.
Invulnerable:
1. Immune to attack; impregnable.
2. Impossible to damage, injure, or wound.
You don't seem to understand that no matter how strong Venom becomes, even if he somehow becomes stronger than Juggernaut and the Hulk combined, he WON'T DAMAGE JUGGERNAUT in the slightest!
And Venom has absolutely no way of getting through Juggernaut's forcefield. You can say that he will revert to a molecular form and try that all you want. But it won't happen. Juggernaut's forcefield is not based on science, but rather it is magical. Magic, my friend. That means it is 100% impenetrable to the likes of Venom.
If Venom gets anywhere near him to use those nightmare attacks (this is, of course, assuming that Venom is able to get the helmet off, which I highly doubt), Juggy will grab him and rip him in half. And then throw the pieces into space.
