Vocals - Ville Valo (H.I.M.)
Rhythm Guitarist/Back-Up Scream Vocals - Matt Heafy (Trivium)
Lead And Rhythm Guitar - Synyster Gates (Avenged Sevenfold)
Lead And Rhythm Guitar - Michael Amott (Candlemass/Carcass/Arch Enemy)
Yes, I'm using three guitarists!
Bass - Evil Jared Hasselhoff (The Bloodhound Gang)

If we were speaking on technical ability... this band would be very hard to beat!

Well, technically, anyone is beating the vocalist. Matt Heafy is nothing special. The other guitarists are good, but there are much better.

The bassist is shit.

Portnoy is hardest to beat, but there are several that could do so.

Especially seeing as Ville Valo simply cannot sing live to save his life.

Well you guys gotta remember that it's the individual's dream band, not necessarily the best band. My dream band wouldn't comprise of the best musicians, but I'd like it.

He stated that it was hard to beat in technical terms.

Oh, I see now. Whoops.

As for bands, I think this would be a cool punk trio:

-Guitar/Vocals: Tim Armstrong (Rancid)
-Bass/Vocals: Fat Mike (NOFX)
-Drummer: Atom Willard (numerous bands including: The Offspring and Alkaline Trio).

Let me know what you guys think.

Not bad. Id probably replace Tim Armstrong with Lars Frederikson though

New one, based mostly on technique but also on coherence/adaptability-

Mike Patton - vocals;
Prince - guitar/piano/vocals/anything else he wants to play;
Steve Vai - guitars;
Geddy Lee - bass;
Terry Bozzio - drums.
