PoA
OotP
GoF
CoS
PS

does anyone understand why its not just philosophers stone in america too?

4,5,2,1,3...the fourth one rocks, its so ful of action and i dont know its such a fun book...so many important thing happen there, its FUN✅

philospher is how british residences speak...they dont say sorcerer lie the u.s.a. does.

I think 3 is the best not because of sirius but because of the patronus and lupin and dementors and the adv of h/hr in the past 🙂and more

Prisoner of Azkaban.

That was the one book I had no problems with in terms of characters getting pednatic and the storyline not boring me or lacking at times, PoA was the only one that was a smooth interesting read all the way through I think.

Still though, much love to the rest!!!

The best book, without a doubt, is GoF. The book has so much happening in it. The Quidditch World cup, the death of Cedric, the Tri-Wizard Tournament etc (Haven't read through the book for a long time). I also liked the end of OOtP. Where Harry, Voldy and Dumbledore have a battle (no so much Harry). The first two are okay but they are more for the younger ages and the books now have been developed into reading levels for older generations. I can not comment on PoA cause I haven't read it yet (only started reading Harry Potter couple of months ago) 😄

really? i always hated the 4th one...the beginning was good but once it got 2 hogwarts, it all went downhill. except 4 when voldemort came back. but it just wasn't that good at all. ❌

stumister i agree with u!celestial moon i disagree with u, dont know what your saying girl....

lol i damn this is mad hard....id have to say poa and gof tied...i mean in poa you get sirius, and snape gets beat up...and in gof you have the quiditch world cup, the triwizard tourney, 2 other wizarding schools, and the yule ball mate! its awsome!

wow, am i the only hater of the 4th book? lol, i'm sorry but it just wasn't at all very good and i was slightly disappointed with it. hard 2 describe...

1. PoA- full of unpredictable suprises and an ending with a real twist
2. TSS- introduces new characters and the wizarding world, which i always enjy reading over
3. CoS- probably the most intense bk, and the only one to really make me scared 😄
4. GoF- the triwizard tournament; the Quidditch cup
5. OOTP- 😠 killed Sirius... good book otherwise, except for the ending

OotP and PoA, cuase in the third one it's not like all about voldemort it's like about something else...

i hate HATE GoF. PoA and OotP are my favs tho.

Re: whats your fav HP book?

Book 4 for me at the moment due to the Triwizard competition and the twists about Crouch's son and some glimpses about the death eaters. Followed closely by Book 3 - since it introduced James' old friends and their interestering backgrounds too. I was at the edge of my seat while reading the Shrieking Shack scenes.

I don't have book 5 since my fave bookstore keeps running out of copies.

BTW, has there been a thread for HP adult covers in the boards? Coz, I was wondering if anyone has seen the new book covers already in stores?

my fav Hp book is Harry potter and the prisoner of Azkaban...I also really like number four (goblet of fire) and number 5 (order of the phoenix). I like three because it don't have any slow parts, and it is very interesting to find out the truth about scabbers, and sirius black.
