On the subject of the oldest religion founded by man...
I don't know what this is, someone mentioned paganism, but are you sure that is the eldest ? For what I know, the first religious movements were established by applying divine characteristics to some humans or 'special creatures' (for the lack of a better word). Old myths speak of humanoids or humans endowed with special powers and wisdom, these were that first to speak to mankind about 'the law' (or the right way of living), it didn't take long before rituals and surplus dogma were connected to these beings and suddenly we have religion.
Sorry if this was somewhat clouded..
Cathlicism was the first form of Christianity 😖mart: even thing else branched off because they didnt like bits and peices of the Church, example: the Protestant church was in 'protest' of the Catholic Church, and the same with the Church of England, King...sombody wanted a divorce and the Pope woulnd't let him have one

I shouldn't think so; the first form of Christianity had nothing to identify it as Catholic--no Pope, no Catholic tradition, no nothing except for the sayings of Jesus until Paul came along ... Catholicism might be the first formal Christian church, but not the first form of Christianity. But maybe I'm just splitting hairs.
