I have a huge question regarding frodo

Well according to my story, he IS going back for a short visitation, I know..he just got there, but i thought it would make for a excellent couple of chapters and Sam, Merry and Pippin all meet Sandy, plus it would be interesting considering Sandy has never been to the Shire, her parents used to live in the Shire before having her, but moved to another part of Middle Earth and then Sandy was born, hehehe, also on my last chapter, i had Gandalf say that this was the only trip there, that there could not be another visitation after that, because the next time they leave, they are un able to come back, and that frodo is given just one oppertunity to go back just to visit

hehehe

Yes it would. you can always say frodos been there a while. Good luck on your story.

thanks! I try to stick close with the appendice of ROTK, like i have a couple chapters that Frodo becomes ill, and in the appendice it does mention he gets ill, not just once but twice, but i have him healed for now, but i will probably later on make him become ill again, and im sticking to the appendice about Sam coming to the undying lands, im having Sam come to the undying lands and also he gives breaking news that Rosie died (in the appendice, it mentions the death of rosie) and so on, its a really good story and i love writing it

Great ideas 🙂 *would love to read the story*

Earendil went there,....he didnt really go back to ME though he just floated about in his boat...

No, Earendil indeed wasn't allowed to return to Arda ever again after he set foot on the shores of Valinor; and he was only allowed to stay alive because of what he did for both elves and mortals.

... Mandos spoke concerning his [Earendil's] fate; and he said: "Shall mortal Man step living upon the undying lands, and yet live?" But Ulmo said: "For this he was born into the world. And say unto me: whether is he Earendil Tuor's son of the line of Hador, or the son of Idril, Turgon's daughter, of the elven-house of Finwe?" And Mandos answered: "Equally the Noldor, who went wilfully into exile, may not return hither."

But when all was spoken, Manwe gave judgement, and he said: "In this matter the power of doom [lol] is give to me [selfoverestimating egoist 😠]. The peril that he ventured for the love of the Two Kindreds shall not fall upon Earendil, nor shall it fall upon Elwing his wife, who entered into peril for love of him; but they shall not walk again ever among Elves or Men in the Outer Lands."

Túrin and Nienor - the other mortals that come to Valinor - don't return either, but they don't seem to want to 😛

The only Mortal who does return is Lúthien, though he had really died and not just sailed there in a ship.

And, no, Frodo wouldnt be allowed to return either 🙂 but that's why it's called "fanFICTION" 😉

🧑‍⚕️ no coming back for hobbits. ecpessliy for fodo he needs to heal
