Open your start pannel, then let your mouse sit on "all programs", near the top there should be an "accesories" tab - Rest your mouse on that. Once you do that another set of options should appear, go to the one labeled "entertainment" and rest your mouse on that one again, there should be a sound recorder icon. Click on that, then record your voice, then save it. Once it's saved right click the icon it made once you saved it, then place it into winzip.

I know, confusing....
