Posting pics/urls

Hi,I just joined yesterday and every-time I try to post a link and or picture,it says I can not post links until I'm well known,can anyone tell me how long I'll have to wait? I just wanted to post one of my wallpapers that I created.Well thanks and I love this forum.Very addictive.
