Professor Hulk

I just had a completely random (and pretty stupid) thought here. If Professor Hulk is the merging of the brute strength of the Hulk with the intelligence of Bruce Banner, could there be a Vegetable Hulk? He'd have the brute strength of Bruce Banner coupled with the Hulk's intelligence. It'd be pretty weird and he'd die right away, but I'd like to see what he would actually look like.
