How do you make a message under your sig move?

Hey I have no clue how to do anything to my sig. It took me forever just to get one. I want to know how to make my message underneath move, so if you could tell me, that would be great! thx 🙂

Ive never bin able to do this before.. i always wondered. where is all this stuff listed? coz u can hv colors n otha stuff 2 cant u, like fuzziness!
