Darth Revan man........the song is on Rage's first album

Know Your Enemy? The classic lines "I got no patience now....so sick of complacence now"? That whole part is Maynard. Can't believe you didn't know that.

He also done a song with Deftones on their White Pony album called Passenger. Other collaborations included David Bowie and Tori Amos.

Maynard is my joint first favourite. I think Chris Cornell is the best singer alive though.

Zack De La Rocha has a hypemeister voice. He owns.

Female, probably PJ Harvey or Joni Mitchell.

Serj Tankian. Its so unique.

Obviously he doesn't have a good singing voice, because he doesn't sing 🙄

He's still a good vocalist. Being a good lyricist is part of that.

this forum is about voices not lyrics

yes, did you listen to the "bring me the disco king" from the underworld soundtrack, a david bowie song with the participation of maynard and frusciante, AWSOME.

david bowie 🤘

"Serj Tankian. Its so unique."

He wouldn't have that style if it weren't for Mike Patton. Same goes for Brandon Boyd.

Bowie rules. I thought it was Danny Lohner on Bring Me The Disco King, not Frusciante. Obviously not.

Ian Gillan, Robert Plant, Freddy Mercury, Glen Hughes

ROBERT PLANT IS GREAT

Zack did a song with Maynard from Tool? 😕

It's an RATM song from their debut.

I'd go with Maynard male, PJ Harvey female.

Cedric Bixler has a very very great voice also.

-AC

maynard james from tool and apc
chuck billy from testament
shagrath from dimmu borgir
the guy from opeth
chino from deftones
jon davis from korn
tori amos
tarja from nightwish

thats what i can remember now

tori amos is my fave female

Thom Yorke has possibly the most haunting voice in music.

-AC

the best death metal voice. Chuck Schuldiner

Thom Yorke has possibly the most haunting voice in music.
well I let him share it with Jeff Buckley

I really like Elliott Smith's voice, it was just so perfect for his music (RIP), but the best singer ever, at least in my opinion, is Marvin Gaye. You can't go wrong with Motown voices, they were pretty much all great in their heyday.

Also, Daryl Palumbo from Glassjaw
