I don't know about everybody else but it really bugs me when people put them in the same category as all the other pop/soft rock bands... Even if they have gone "soft" recently, they're still miles ahead of most of the other crap like Maroon 5 and Matchbox 20...

Incubus are excellent, i saw them in january 2002 in wembley arena, back when dirk was the bassist.

Incubus are great, they totally did the right thing when they changed they're sound. They totally sucked as a nu metal band, but I love their mellow rock stuff of recent years. In fact I think A Crow Left Of The Murder is their best record ✅

And Brandon has a wonderful voice.

ACLOTM has grown on me a lot since I first bought it... I love their old school stuff, Enjoy Incubus, A Fungus Amongous... Interesting how they've changed so much since their first album, and still managed to stay a great band.

And about Dirk... IMHO Ben Kenney is just as good 😬

They had a totally unique style when "Make Yourself" was released. Then, of course, came the infamous sellout to college rock radio.
