If he unloaded his M16 into Deadpool's chest and he healed right there, popped the bullets out and said "Oh....oh that's it. You ruined my best suit, you have any idea how hard it is to sew this?". I think he'd be a little frightened that big man with gun doesn't win all battles.

There was a comic war between Punisher and Wolverine at the time, the writers of Wolverine were doing fights where Wolverine beat up Punisher and implied he was gay. In Punisher comics writers were doing fights where Punisher puts a steamroller on wolverines head!
