SMALLVILLE...the comic dun dun dun

I have all those comics and such. Do you guys like em? I think the drawings are pretty crappy and the characters look wierd...opinions anyone?

i like those comics the superman movies out soon jim caziel from the jlo movie angel eyes on sky movies 2 soon i think he should play superman

How much is the TV show smallville an accurate portrayal of the comics?

Did you see Christopher Reeve's cameo in the smallville TV show? He was some kind of planetary scientist who told Clarke that he was actually an alien from a planet called krypton and his name was kal-el

yeah. i liked that episode. christopher reeve was a good superman. my fav episodes was the ones with ryan in it. ya know the young boy. him n clark were so attached to eachother. then they killed him off.how dumb

"Smallville" isn't accurate in regards to the comics in the least. This disgusting, shallow, trashy TV show aimed at pre-teen girls is set in the 21st century. How does that reflect any part of Superman's past? For the past four years, Lex Luthor has been President and Clark Kent has been married to Lois Lane as an adult who lives in Metropolis. He wasn't born in 1986, although that was when John Byrne revamped the series.
They didn't have cyber-cafes in Clark Kent's day, there was miles and miles of corn, and high school football. "Smallville" is a shameless attempt to capitalize on young people's lack of intelligence and taste. the creators should be ashamed and put down like mad, foamy dogs.

I just wish I wan't in the habit of watching this piece of trash every damn week. 😮

well i know all of that cause my dad loves the superman comics. did ya know that pete in the comics was a white football star n i think lana dated him. they change around the stuff to make it more interesting

Lana Lang married Pete Ross eventually. Lex Luthor tortured Lana Lang before, and when he became President, I think he either recruited or tried to recruit Pete Ross for his Cabinet.

And Pete Ross has JUST succeeded Luthor as president.

Smallville's a great T.V series, I can't say I've read the comic though.
