Cheesiest Horror movie

There is alot of cheesy horror movies mostly from the 80's like killer klowns or slumber party massacare,sleepaway camp,the most cheesy one I seen was ice cream man not the one with the eye on the cone and what's his name as the villian that's a real actor,In this one it looked horrible this fat kid was running from the ice cream man and the background wasn't moving just him,horrible acting and the ice cream man,just a normal average ice cream man could take as much damage as Jason Voorhies.

Bloody Murder was pretty cheesy. But I think the Cheerleader Massacre might be the cheesiest.

"Ice Cream Man", with Clint Howard (no need to throw it in tags) cannot make it's way to DVD enough. It's a cult classic, and it still has a pretty nominal following.

My vote goes to "Basket Case", however.
