New "More Smilies" Shortcut!

The new shortcut is great...

There's just one problem

They don't work when you use them when editing a post

When you type #flowers# in a normal post, it works and is automatically changed to [sm]flowers[/sm]... but when you type it in a post you are editing, it doesnt convert the code 😕
