I can't really remember which issue it was from but It's from Spiderman unlimited.

that's from the Maximum Carnage series where he escapes the hospital with Shriek and he's cruising aroudn with her. It's before he actually meets Doppleganger. So i'd guess, if it's from Spiderman Unlimited...it'd be Spiderman Unlimited #1...because #1 started the arc and Unlimited #2 ended it.

Yes, I love him with her- it's total sociopathic lovefest. He loves "her" (meaning what she can do for him and how she reflects back to him his narcissistic self-image, validating it) That quote is kinda Carnage in a nutty-shell!
And Shreik- she's so powerful objectively, but subjectively she experiences herself as being overwhelmed by a hostile world, and she uses violence, emotional manipulation, and sexuality to defend her own interests. I think it makes her a VERY dangerous villain, one of the scariest out there. Also, her costume and her powers rock.
