The speed wasn't the issue there. He caught her by surprise and was right next to her. It's the fact that he stunned her with a pressure point strike, and his consitant feats would suggest he has the means to do it.

How is it PIS when he stops a CHARGING 10 ton animal??? 😐 Those other animals pale in comparison. Batman wrestled and beat down a bunch of gorillas with his bare hands as well, that doesn't mean that he can stop an elephant. 🙄

Batman for the win 6/10. He is MUCH more skilled than BP, and he also has better gadgetry. Iron Fist defeated Black Panther through chi, and Batman can amp his stats through chi as well.

Black Panther... because he's a clone of Batman with more money, powers and a better suit - both stylistically and as functional body armour. 🙂

Exactly how IF did it. Amping himself up through chi. Besides that, Batman has a variety of gadgets that would ko BP as well. The herb gives him enhanced senses, Batman can exploit that with flash bangs, gas, sonics, etc. From there, BP would be disoriented.
