It's an adaptaition of the marvel universe set in 1602 (mostly in england, latveria and the new world).

The story is that something from the present day marvel universe's earth 616 went back in time and is causing marvel characters to appear 400 years before thay should have done. They eventually discover that something has gone wrong and try to return the object to its origin in the new world.
It is interesting to see the marvel superheroes in a different environment, and that they have very similar lifes and circumstances happening to them, even though they were now born 400 years ago.

I like the magneto/inquisitor character best (he rocks)

Also, the part where angel discovers that master jean grey is actually a girl (duh)jawdrop
