Through the limited comics I have of cosmic Spiderman, I never got the impression of him being able to achieve levels close to molecule or "reality altering." So I doubt he could be considered in league with one like Galactus.

Question, who is Skyfather?

also spider man was able to defeat the hulk and juggernaut even before he went cosmic, so now he can just embarass them even more

that was a joke right? juggernaut would own spiderman, so would hulk, but writers never make spiderman loose because they suck

you do know that spider man can lift ten tos and he's able to dodge bullets. even wolverine has a hard time hitting the web-slinging bastard(he can beat grey hulk, but savage hulk would hand his ass to him)

yes i know he can lift that and dodge bullets. but ten tons is nothing to hulk or juggy, they are both 100 tons +, encase you didnt know, one hit and he would be dead. and he can not hurt juggy

who said anything about hurt he can defeat them easily in a cage match or soemthing he's toast. he's beat them hundreds of times but never hurt or defeated. trust me I love hulk and juggy more than alot of people, but they still can beat them. now back on topic cosmic spider-man would wipe the floor with them at the same time

cosmic can take almost anyone, even 8th day, he is the most powerful hero sin the marvel univers (not villian an dcelestials don't cound b/c they are nuetral)

Have you even bothered to read this thread or do you know anything about Cosmic Spider-man? He manhandled Hulk with one punch, Juggernaut is not unstoppable to forces more powerful than Cytorrak, the power from which Jugs gets his 'unstoppable' nature. This fight isn't close, Spidey destroys Jugs.

As far as Skyfather, Odin and Zeus are superior to Silver Surfer easily. They have succeeded in taking on Galactus to a standstill. Overall Galactus is more powerful, but the Skyfathers are far more powerful than the Heralds. As for Cosmic Spidey, he can do virtually anything with a thought, I say that's significantly more powerful than Surfer.

As for regular Spider-Man, what do you mean he never loses? He loses all the time. Hulk has beaten him senseless before. Hell, Hulk has beaten him without landing a single punch. He can't really hit Spidey because he's too fast, but several times Spider-Man has exhausted himself trying to wear down Hulk.

spidey HAS gotten his ass whooped around quite a bit by hulk, green goblin, venom and many more people, but as cosmic no one under god or near god level is taking him down
