Please help with Windows movie maker

Alright im making VCD's with Nero and it comes out sort of blurry since it's all stretched and everything is tehre a way i can edit my movie with window's movie maker(the only movie editing program i got) to add letter box's.

PLZ PLZ help

damn well is there anyway at all with other easy to get programs i could get letterboxes?

I'm not sure, but Ulead Videostudio might do it... though you can only get a free trial for that

You could always find an encoder that'll preserve the aspect ratio. Dr. DIVX does a good job for me. Or, turn off standard compliance in Nero so the aspect ratio is kept. And in WMM v2, I am positive that 16:9 is an option. Go to Tools - Options, and you'll see this:
