Are long term relationships worth the effort?

In my experiances the answer would be no. Just one more incompatible person that you start something with but never finish. In the end you find out that you would make better friends than lovers. So what is the point?

i think everything is worth the effort.

I think it is a mistake to actually look for love. Looking for love is akin to trying to find a single comet in a galaxy of stars. Love is like a lottery. It is like one in a million.

The question should not be Are Long Term Ralationships worth the effort... it should be "Is the other person worth the effort."

I know my girl is. Worth more then the effort.

Same here. I think in the meantime thought that I will do the things that I love to do which is root for the Redskins and read Dean Koontz novels.

well i think long term is worth the effort the same as long distance....it boils down to how u fell for them. True love finds a way
