I feel it is a neutral energy field (created by living things) that can be used for good or bad and that has no will of its own.

So there....

if it is neutral, then how can it have a will?
how can it create anakin? it would need intentions to do so.
those intentions would be of a good nature: bring balance.
as opposed to an evil nature: screw balance, rule all

Reread my post: I said it has no will. I never liked that bit in Ep.1, although, it does fit with the staement about the Jedi and their religion (Ep.4).
Balance would mean things being, if not even, then with neither side being too far out of proportion to the other...

Wanting to rule all is the desire of a person using it.....

like "mother nature".....sometimes nature does what's best for the given environment, but it doesn't "think" about it.....

no, no thinking involved, just an action to create balance.
i dont assume that the force "thinks", just that it has a nature,
which is good, as the darkside has a nature, which is bad.

its not gonna happen. let it go. RC has already confirmed this in an interview. the whole purpose of clones was to explain the limitless supply of stormtroopers, all 6'4" and all obedient. nothing more
