Shows:

1) How excited you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2) How sarcastic you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

usually those in version 1 mess up and don't bother to fix it, eg: 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11. So those in version two make fun of this mistake with: !!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111!!!!!!!!!! or !!!!!!!!!!!!!one!!!!!. This actually shows the sarcasm, so it is easy for all to see.
