You know some of the causes of obesity is genetic so is not as stupid as you think it is. Is like Cancer if a family member has cancer is very possible that a descendent might develop it as well. So genetics plays a part in a person's obesity.

As for the woman it is indeed tragic what happen to her. 🙁 And I think it's kinda sad some ppl find humor on this. But then again we are all human beings and that's why we live in this happy world. 🙄
