Hmm well any bond movie that continually breaks my suspension of disbelief i.e. makes me think, "oh s**t, bond just told a tiger to sit and it sat" this is just a movie! (as happened in Octopussy) gets my vote as the worst. Octopussy was laden with that kind of thing all the way through.
DAD had some moments like that too but committed a worse offense by making the action scenes sooo well correographed that it removed any sense of reality or sense of real danger. Particularly with the car chase scene on the ice and the finale in the plane. The escape from the plane was just nonsense! I was quite happy to accept a similar kind of escape in The Living Daylights as it all looked reasonably feasible in a bond kind of way.
So thus..worst bond films for me are those that ruin my suspension of disbelief and make me lose interest in the rest of the movie and as I've said, Octopussy was the worst offender in that catagory for me.

well not reallly... just that goldeneye didnt like \... i dunno how to excplain like 4 exaqmple when I first saw tomorrow never dies or die another day, I was so...into the movie u know, i wanted to kow what was gonna happen etc. but with goldeneye it was like... oh ok... i saw it i liked it but it wasnt as good as the others....
