I shall use this time to say that add the tag "[/sarcasm]" is to be used for prevention of harming a being emotionally. As well that I will be in Hawai'i for the next week, if anyone would need me for some reason, that I am unavailable from 8-19 July.
Now, I shall leave every person here a question. A question to, hopefully, bring us back to topic for at least a small while. Would the X-Men's Rogue gain or loose character if she were bonded to a Symbiote. Any of them, whether it's Venom, Carnage, Toxin, Hybrid, the Life Foundation Symbiotes(any of the 5), another Carnage offspring, or Toxin's first? I bring this up just for some random chance that it would work to get at least one page worth of discussion.

They latch on, and her skin would absorb the powers, strengths, weaknesses...you know the drill.

So, the symbiote is weak, Rogue is completly overloaded with the symbiotes power.

Don't get me started on Carnage getting on her...
