Hey Goblin-Venom actually didn't suck and while I'd much rather have the orginal, I'm suffering from symbiote withdrawl.

Symbiotes rule. That's all there is. Venom has beaten about half of the Marvel universe by himself, and took a lot of full hits from Superman. Now that's a feat.

Heh although I am too also a HUGE fan of the Venom costume, (not so much the character...)... there's no way in hell he should've been able to go toe to toe with the Juggernaut and Superman in the comics like he did.

The Symbiote can protect the host only from so much, afterall... but ultimately the person inside is still human. If Supes or Juggernaut, with their class 100-ton strength were to REALLY lay into Venom or Carnage... the humans inside would be pulped.

I have the first fight with Carnage!!!!!! 😱 And it's amazing!
