As dumb as it was to have an ending like that just to leave it open for a sequel, an alien/predator mix would be unstoppable. I can just see what the sequel would be, the aliens and predator join together to stop the new alien/predator race.
I could give a shit less what would be in the sequal, as long as the aliens and Pred designs were the orginals. We get some heavy action driven by the foul mouths of some Marines who just like to make shit dead. Granted this should have been the movie, but i was happy with the flick and entertained. Anderson didnt shit all over the stories and creatures everyone knew. He stayed true to every detail to both species.
I think a sequel would be great and yeah a Predalien could survived, and even take out a few elder preds while he's roaming about the ship. Think of the pred's massive strength combined with the aliens speed, plus it would be ubersmart. And have hands that could grip weapons and have a tail, so it be nearly unstoppable! Of course, would there be any aliens in the sequel seeing as how the queen is miles and miles beneath the ocean?

That ending is stupid. How can there be an Alien/Predator hybrid? This can only happen if they were genetically engineered like the Alien/Human hybrid in Alien Ressurection. Otherwise infecting a Predator is like infecting a human, what you get is an ordinary Alien not some hybrid.

It won't have much intellegence since intellegence is learned and not hereditary. And like stressed, infecting a Predator is like infecting a human: the result is a regular Alien. But if we have to go the hybrid route, it's so dumb how the elders would not atleast have scanned the body for any Alien infection. Still, an Alien/Predator running around probably get ****ed up by the first elder it runs into - let's hope (for the sake of the Predator's franchise reputation and especially an Elder Predator).
dude you obviously have no knowledge on the alien or predator. So please do not embarass yourself by trying to point out obvious flaws that are heavily explained in the world of alien and predator. The form of an alien depends on what host is gestating the egg. The alien does not act on independant intelligence or thought. It acts on instinct and a psychic link to the hive.

🙄 dude is that so? That thing that came out at the end contradicts what the Alien Vs. Predator game showed. After you kill that mad Predator, they show a regular Alien sticking out of the Predator's body. Yeah they didn't base it on the game, but that's still a good example. Hell, it took longer for the Alien to pop of the Predator's body than it did the humans. It also took a while before an Alien popped out of a human's body in the Alien movies. You are using a video game that inroduced the predalien to give your argument validity.Wait, i am wrong. I think it may have been the comic series AvP prey. that introduced a Pred alien. Eigther way i know the video game surely elaborated on it. In the comics and books. It takes a longer period of time for the Alien to mature inside it's host when it's structure and science is more complex. the human body is complex to our standards, but when a face hugger inpregnates, a predator, EArthly animals, and other beings from around the Universe who's structures are far more complex than the humans, it takes time to harvest inside. Besides whenever an alien gestates from a host, the hive remembers the process so it will not take as long to produce an alien from an egg next time that host is inpregnated.
you really need to stop arguing with me about the aliens and predator. Especially when it is about shit you claim that is impossible, when it has happend and been explained in detail through out the universe of alien and predator. another thing about the movie dealing with the speed of growth of the aliens. This was explained in scenes that were cut from the film. The predators gave the queen growth hormones. Or so Anderson says. If he is just blowing smoke, then that is somthing that was overlooked, but it would still take longer for an alien to grow within a pred than a human.
I also have no idea how you can say my knowledge on the alien is predator is shitty, when it comes from comics, movies, books and games, not to mention a life long infatuation.
