do you think LOTR:ROTK really deserved all 11 oscars?

I think one could write an essay of two thousand words here

but one word is enough - YES 😄

If I look at each category, I nowhere know any film that wouldve deserved it instead.

I suppose they wanted to give other movies a chance, if you think about it, if LOTR got all of what they achieved then it would 85%+ go to them

it would simply be a LOTR night and I doubt such stars would go to see LOTR swoop every other movie of the year..

I think that was the whole point, Lord of the Rings got kept out of the Oscars for the first 2 films and after the trilogy was released they got into the Oscars......and sure dominated them!
