one of my friends has a patch of extremely dry skin on her face she puts lotion on it everyday but its starting to get worse and spread

i think it may be eczema

If it is eczema she should go to the doctor. You have a different cream to put on that then just any ordinary cream ✅

Use a cheesegrater to get rid of it.

poke her in the parts that make her twitch most, (not sexually, the areas that make you jump ie side) until she goes to the doctors shell soon give up and go
