There's the help forum for this... But when you download a font, it should appear on your desktop as a .zip or .sit file depending on what kind of computer you have. Then you need to "unzip" it... Don't know how it works on PCs very well, tbh. On OSX it automatically runs FontBook, which lets you install the font.
