And I wasn't reffering to Civil War Wolverine over the years has had alot of moments people would scream as PIS.
Besides if memeor serves right wasn't DS first a Teen Titans Villian so he was made to be able to take on the Titans so I don't see where everything he does is PIS no if all of a sudden you se him taking on a full bloodlust Flash for a comic and doing good that is PIS
but simple reactions to first attacks I don't really count as PIS

DS is supposed to have an incredibly advanced brain that can see the world in slow motion. The idea he couldn't react to the first few steps of Flash isn't that far off.
I would also like to point out that many people shouldn't be able to react to Flash but they can because he gets hit quite a lot you know.

99% Of the time that the Titans got punked by DS, he had prep. He always does.

And before you say anything, he's done it consistently through the years(just like Wolverine taking 100+ punches and remaining conscious). Also, before you bring up that Wolverine was created to take on 100+ characters, DS was created to be able to take on the entire Titan's lineup(which included Kid Flash).

Basically he had prep but he still fought them.
He was even speed blitzed by Kid Flash before got hit and managed to regain himself and counter.

It WOULD be PIS if he reacted to Flash maybe once, but, since he's done it numorous times, that kinda takes it out of the PIS category. You forget that Slade's brain works at advanced levels, which added to his physical abilities allow him to react to Flash, or see the Atom after shrinking.

I thought it was commonly accepted that PIS is not contingent on consistency?
