Not really. They're both great marksmen, and its not like dodging bullets is a problem for either of them, so its gonna get down to "who stabs whom first" and its 50/50.

The characters are pretty much the same powerwise.
Except for DS's ability to use 90% of his brain.
So I give him the victory based on the fact that he is DP + 1 more power, thus he wins.

Furthermore he has more impressive feats IMO.

The guy is Deathpool. Deathstroke from the Anti-Matter Universe. The issue was classic.

That using 90% of his brain thing.. in comics it just means that he has superhuman reaction time. IMO that doesn't really put him above any other character with superhuman reflexes like say Wolverine.

Doesn't need to be. DP cut these guys arms off and they didnt even notice at first. Says something about his speed.

It's from a Batman/Supes annual by Joe Kelly, he was basically writing that alternate Slade as Deadpool, the character always got cut off as he was trying to say his name.
